I walked around the mall with Sam aka The Falcon walking next to me. Pepper did manage to get someone from the team to go with me the only person available was Sam so the two of us left the compound and came to the city. "So how are you liking the compound?" I sighed looking at him with a small smile on my face "I don't know yet ask me again in maybe a month or two" I told him. He said okay as we continued to walk around the mall dad gave me his card so I can buy some things but I didn't feel like buying anything. We walked by a store where they were selling some old but cool looking stuff so we went inside to check it out. After a minute of looking around I saw a really cool looking pocket so I picked it up deciding to get it for dad even though he's paying for it in a way. I looked around some more finding a beautiful so I decided to get it too for Pepper. After getting the watch and the necklace I went to pay for them. The cashier put the prices for the items through the cash register then put them in separate boxes before telling me the total. I paid for them then Sam and I left the store we decided to look around for a little bit longer. Sam looked at his phone after awhile saying we have to go now. I told him that's fine as we made our way to the doors to leave the mall. We made our way to the car talking about how malls are still a thing. We finally reached the car and got in I put my seat belt on ready to go. Sam pulled out of the parking spot and drove out of the parking lot. As Sam drove towards the compound I looked out the window watching the buildings pretty soon fields of crops go by. It's a nice sunny warm day I really enjoyed going to the city today. I can't wait to give dad and Pepper their little gifts that I got them. Sam started talking to me he bringing up a few things that I can do and things that happened in the last eleven years that I was with Hydra. About an hour and ten minutes later we finally reached the compound driving down the long ass driveway. When we got to the garage Sam parked the car then we got out of the car going towards the main area of the compound. Once we got inside we said have a good one to each other before going our separate ways.

I walked towards my bedroom deciding to chill in my room for a bit. I know it's not healthy especially when you are healing from something traumatic like I am but I wanted some alone time. A few minutes go by before I finally reached my room. I put the boxes with the watch and necklace on my night stand laying down on my bed looking at the ceiling.

After a few minutes I sat up looking around before grabbing the remote from the night stand turning the tv on. I couldn't find anything interesting enough for me to watch so I turned the tv off and throwing the remote to the end of the bed. I got off my bed grabbing the watch and necklace leaving my bedroom. I went down the hall going into dad's and Pepper's room putting the necklace on Pepper's nightstand then put the watch on dad's nightstand. I saw paper and a pen so I left a small note on each of their nightstands saying thank you for letting me stay. Once I was done writing the notes and leaving them on the nightstands I left their room going towards the living room.

I saw Sam reading a book on one of the couches when I got to the living room a few minutes later. I said hi as I sat down on a couch with the remote. He said hi back his eyes still on his book I shrugged surfing through the channels again.

"Has anyone shown you the training room yet?" I looked over at Sam who was looking at me with a smile on his face. I said no they haven't and that I might not be allowed to train or anything. "Well you should see it and don't worry it'll be sorted out sooner or later." I smiled at him before going back to channel surfing but then I stopped again to look at him "how big is the training room?" I asked which got him smiling a little bigger and he said it's pretty big then asked if I wanted to see it I told him sure. We got up off the couch leaving the living room going to the training room.

When we got to the I looked around amazed. "We have a boxing ring, a kickboxing ring and a regular old sparring mat." I looked to my right seeing punching bags so I went up to them checking them out. "What are those little screens on top?" I asked him as I looked at him he smiled knowing what he says next is gonna make my mouth drop or something.
