Since the date with the kissing two days ago Steve and I talked a lot about what we wanted and if we were ready to be in a relationship. We gave each other 24 hours to decide if we wanted to be in a relationship before meeting up again today to tell each other what we decided. I decided I wanted to be in a relationship with him but I don't know if he chose the same thing. I sighed as I walked towards the library where we said we would meet each other at 9:30 and it already was 9:26. so I walked there quickly. I reached the library with two minutes to spare and walked in seeing Steve already sitting on a chair waiting for me. He looked up from his book putting a smile on his face as I walked towards him. He closed his book standing up putting the book down on the chair looking right at me. "I've reached a decision" he said to me I told him so did I. He told me ladies first so I sighed looking at him right in the eyes "I do wanna be in a relationship and that's my decision." He smiled at that before wrapping his arms around my waist pulling me close to him my hands laid flat against his chest as we looked in each others eyes. "Well if that's the case then will you be mine?" He asked me with a huge smile on his face. "yes I would love to be yours." I told him with a smile on my face. We leaned towards each other our lips meeting in the middle. We kissed for a good minute before pulling apart. We smiled at each other just as we started talking about our relationship his arms still wrapped around my waist and my arms wrapped around his neck. We pulled away from each others braces going to sit down on chairs and talked for awhile.

After the awhile was up and it was lunch time we got up and left the library. One of the things we talked about is that we won't tell the team that we're together until we're ready which means I can't tell dad either which is fine. When we got near the dining area we decided to go in separately even though it's normal for everyone to see us together and they know we're going out on dates.

I went into the dining area first sitting down next to dad. Steve came in a minute later he looked at me before sitting down and looking at the table to see what was for lunch. "Pepper wanted us to have a 'family' lunch so she cooked most of the morning." Pepper rolled eyes then hit dads arm before telling us to dig in. I sat there thinking that there's maybe small trouble in paradise but chose not to dwell on it. I grabbed the first serving dish I saw and started putting food onto my plate. As I was passing the serving dish to Morgan telling her to be careful my phone dinged so I took it out of my back pocket of my jeans looking at the screen. I rolled my eyes then looked at dad who was looking at me "really dad?" He sighed going fine putting his head in the palm of one of his hands. I shook my head as I looked towards Steve who was looking at me with concern written on his face. I shrugged putting my phone down then grabbing the bowl of salad that Pepper was handing me going around dad. We did this until everyone had food on their plates including dad. I looked over at Steve as I ate the food on my plate he seemed to be lost in thought. Once lunch was over I walked towards my lab I'll be meeting Sam there. I was lost in thought when I was walking along the hallway I didn't even realize that Steve was calling my name until he grabbed my hand to stop me from walking "sorry I was thinking about something." He smiled me telling me it's fine. He wrapped his arms around my waist pulling me close to him "so what are you up to?" I smiled at his curiosity telling him just heading down to the lab to work on something with Sam and dad "you wanna join?" He thought about it before answering with a yes. We pulled away from each other I grabbed one of his hands and started dragging him along. We reached the lab within five minutes seeing that dad and Sam were already there and by this time Steve and I weren't holding hands anymore. "Rogers getting in on this too?" I told dad no he's just here to see how it works.

"Oh so he gets to know about our projects now?" I looked at dad like really before looking at Steve with a look that said please just these two. He sighed nodding his head yeah so I looked back at dad with a smile on my face "well he's my boyfriend I think he deserves in on this." Dad looked at me in shock before looking at Steve as I walked towards Sam to see if he needs help.
