It's been three days since Steve and I babysat Morgan and she hasn't stopped talking about it either which put a smile on my face. We left the tower yesterday morning and went back to the compound. Hydra hasn't made any new threats and haven't made good on their previous threat so it's kind of safe to say that I'm in the green to go back to the city myself as long as I had someone with me just to be safe. Anyway I walked into the kitchen seeing dad there pouring himself a cup off coffee. I went around him to grab a cup from the cupboard so I can pir myself a cup of coffee. I asked him if we still had flavored coffee creamer "yeah Pepper usually buys like 6 of them." I went to the fridge grabbing one before going back to the coffee area handing it to dad. I poured myself some coffee Wanda came walking in with Nat behind her. I said good morning to them as dad and I finished making our coffees. I walked towards fridge with my coffee going into the fridge grabbing a apple. I asked dad if him and Pepper were going into the city and he said yeah they have some meetings today "why do you wanna come?" I shook my head no as I said no I'm good I just wanna hang out at the compound today. "Do you want a friend to hang out with today?" I looked at Nat sure if she wants to hang out with five college kids. She looked at me with a expression that said no thanks "yeah Peter, MJ, Ned, Flash and myself are just gonna hang out here today." She nodded her head okay while said yeah no thanks "I mean I have nothing against you guys it's just the whole talking about college no thanks." We smiled at each other as I told her yeah college talk so boring and we laughed a little. I ate my apple and finished off my coffee. "Is Steve staying here too?" Dad asked me I told him no he's got some stuff to deal with in the city today "but he'll be back this afternoon." Dad asked when the college will be here I told him between 9 and 11 and their staying here for our between terms break. "And when were you planning on telling me?" I rolled my eyes as I put my cup in the sink telling him I thought it was okay "it is but a heads up would be nice."

I shook my head as he asked how the long the break is "two weeks." He choked on his coffee looking at me as he tried to clear his cough from choking on his coffee "it's just two weeks dad and it's not like you are leaving for two weeks and we're gonna throw a massive party." He finally cleared his throat looking at me again "Pepper, Morgan and I will be gone for two weeks we're going to Bora Bora." I looked at him really as he started saying most of the team will be either in the city or out of town.

"You were just talking about a heads up for you how about a heads up for me too?!" We started arguing about it until Pepper and Steve walked in and Pepper got in between us asking us what the hell is going on and I told her he wants a heads up for when I have people stay over but won't do the same for me when their going to leave the country. "Tony you were suppose to tell her and he does have a point Harley." I was about to interject a but in there but she cut me off "and you do have a point about knowing if we were going out of state." I glared at dad as he glared at me as Pepper continued to tell us to not fight about it anymore and asked us if we understood her. We told her yes then she said good before telling dad to go finish packing only to look at me after "it's just for two weeks right?" I nodded my head yeah telling her yeah. We hugged then pulled apart a minute later then she told me she's gonna go help Morgan finish packing. I looked over to my left to see Steve standing closer to me. When he saw me staring he smiled at me "you'll be back this afternoon right?" He nodded his head yes as he came up to me wrapping his arms around my waist and gave me a kiss. Once we pulled apart he told me he'll see me later then gave me a kiss before leaving. I sighed going towards my room knowing I have to email the college dean about me attending in person full time again.

I walked into the living room to see Peter, MJ, Ned and Flash already there it I smiled at them as they looked up from their phones at me with smiles on their faces. I sat down next to MJ telling them about the argument that I got in with dad.

"You see I'm not the only one that argues a lot with my dad" Flash stated looking at the other three who was just glaring at him. I laughed a little then told them about how Steve some how has a surprise for me and I really wanna know what it is. We talked for a bit more before deciding to go into the city for a movie because we wanna see something newly released. I quickly phoned Steve telling him where I was going and that I'll be back at the compound probably around dinner time and he told me that's fine it'll give him some time to finish what he was doing. We took my car to the city and we just chatted while we listened to music. When we got to the city we found the nearest movie theater and parked in the parking lot. We got out of the car closing the doors I locked the car then we headed inside. We chose a rom-com got the tickets then went to the snack bar to get snacks and drinks. I got a medium popcorn two different chocolate bars and a large Pepsi for myself. Once we were done getting our snacks and drinks we went to the theater that was playing the movie we wanna see sitting down in a good row of seats. We waited until the movie came on and watched it while we munched. It was a good movie but I wouldn't really find myself in those types of situations the movie had. The movie ended sometime later and we left the theater throwing our garbage away as we left. We left the building going to my car I asked if anyone knew the time and Flash said we have an hour and thirty minutes before dinnertime "I'll phone Sam who's cooking tonight to cook a little later then usual time" I told them before we got into the car. I turned the car on while the phone rang I quickly buckled up then pulled out of the parking spot. Sam picked up sound a little grouchy which made me wonder why "hey grouch wanna started cooking a little later?"

I heard him sigh before he asked if we just left the movies "yeah we did plus the movie was alright nothing special." He laughed a little at that then told me that he'll start cooking a little later and tell Steve that we're on the way back "alright Sam see you soon."

He hung up since I couldn't it was nice and sunny today. While I drove the others talk among themselves it was nice. By the time we got back to the compound it started cooling off a little. We walked into the main compound building going our separate ways deciding to chill doing other stuff until dinner time. I went to my bedroom plopping on my bed face down groaned then rolled onto my back staring at the ceiling for a good two minutes. My phone dinged so I took it out of my jacket pocket looking at the lock screen seeing a message from MJ. I sighed as I replied then put my phone down again looking back up at the ceiling. "Is there a reason why you are staring at the ceiling?" I looked to see Steve next to the bed with a smile on his face. He grabbed one of my hands so I took the opportunity to grip his hand and pull him down he fell face first into the bed which made me laugh a little loud. I also took the opportunity to quickly scramble onto his back and sit there as he lifted his head. "What are you doing?" he asked with a laugh following the question. I bent down to whisper in his ear asking him what you don't like it "no I like it it's just took me by surprise." I got off him laying down next to him looking at his face as he went to lay on his side. He looked at me once he got comfortable his free hand went to my waist as his other hand held his head up. He looked at me with a somewhat serious expression but still seemed happy. I lifted head and gave him a kiss on the lips quickly before getting out of bed.

I walked towards my closet "since we're sharing the bed every night" I started off opening my closet doors before looking at him smiling he was already sitting up looking at me with a smile on his face "don't you think we should share the closet next?"

He got up coming up to me still smiling at me "don't you think we're moving a little fast?" I shrugged as I said not at all. He cupped my face pulling me into a kiss which I enjoyed. We pulled apart a minute later smiling "maybe just a couple of shirts and pants" he stated as he went to kiss me again. I was enjoying this very much and I don't know why. We pulled away once more "you better" he chuckled at that as his phone went off. He sighed as he took it out of his pocket looking at the caller's id "and this can't be good I'll be right back." He left the room answering the phone I sighed turning to face my closet and started moving things around to make room for Steve's clothes. Steve came back ten minutes later seeing a pile of clothes on the floor and looking at me clearly confused. I smiled "what? I'm downsizing to many clothes" I told him throwing another top onto the pile. He shook his head with a smile planted on his face. "Why do girls need so many clothes?" I shrugged taking a pair of pants I don't wear anymore out of the closet and throwing it into the pile "it's like a need we see it, we want it and we get it." He asked if it just sits there after one wear and I said possibly. I turned looking at the pile on the floor sighing before picking up and started folding. Steve asked what I was gonna do with the pile of clothes on the floor I shrugged "donate them to those in need." We talked until dinner then we hung out some more after dinner going to bed kind of late. It was nice to to be with Steve even if I went through some traumatic stuff so what he loves me for who I am.
