Pt 48

You deny yourself the relief of panic as you formulated the plan to save Raph... and the world...? You're all just kids... Why does the weight of this planet rest on your soft, broken, youthful shoulders?... What's caused such turmoil in your life to lead you here? The deaths of loved ones? The loss of a friend or pet? A lack of trust or a breaking of trust? Someone who didn't think you were good enough? Someone who thought your emotions weren't good enough?... You were just stealing to help with bills and get some tech in the process... But now-

"-and hack the ship- or uh- Whatever you do." Leo spoke, suddenly disappearing to find Raph while you followed Mikey and Donnie. Montana, Circe, Galileo, Casey, and Splinter all were trying to figure their side of the plan out while you and the two other boys broke away from Leo. Monty was working to keep the kids(plus April and Splinter) protected with her remaining mystic powers in the same sense that you're keeping an eye on Donnie and Mikey.

You fought against the small Kraang, who you had earlier cut a tentacle off of, getting to the control panels... which weren't panels? You stared, realizing what had to be done at the same time as the boys, all making near-vomiting sounds as Donnie struggled against a tactile nightmare. Despite seeing cuts and tears in Donnie's shell, you and Mikey showed support as he became ✨A SPACESHIP!✨

That was... interesting while it lasted... Soon, you were about to 1 V 1 the little Kraang again, just to be caught by the bio-growth with the boys and drug elsewhere. Raph and Leo were violently sparring, not a trace of Raph's true self behind his eyes. You didn't struggle as the bio-growth consumed parts of you, feeling the pulse of the MEMP drain your mystic power in a flash. You stared into nothingness as Raph strangled his pleading little brother, hearing your own family's voices instead of theirs.

"I-ha- get it now... I-I'm sor-ha-Sorr-y..." Leo choked out, struggling with each breath. It was almost like a switch had been flipped as Raph teared up, ripping the bio-growth from his face and readying himself to fight for the home they'd earned.

The boys had their own reboot of their mystic powers, seemingly having forgotten that you were in the bio-growth until your rival chopped the growth away from you, jumping right back to help his brothers. You suddenly found yourself being practically thrown around as you felt a surge of energy, causing you to somehow handle the damage. This triggered something in you, using your tech to the best of your ability while defending yourself and trying to listen in on the fight. At some stage, you're being thrown into the air with gravity-defying chunks of debris.

You found your body acting on its own as you made it to the point of the action, where Mikey was preparing to throw a building at the Kraang leader. You swung your dagger, which now has a glowing chain as well, hurling the building with more force as you felt your body pulsating with mystic power. The boys were soon all glowing their classic colors; Blue, Red, Purple, and Orange...

"Yellow one... Why fight with these monsters?" The Kraang asked, smiling as he flicked away a charged attack. Mikey was about to be killed, being protected by Donnie, who was clearly hurt in his act of protection as he's thrown far from the battlefield with Mikey. Raph followed, saving them as you heard him shouting even from where you now struggle to stand.

"THIS IS NOT A HUG! THIS IA A RESCUE!" You heard, smiling at yourself as the leader stared at you, his grotesque expression of power and advantage was mortifying.

"Well. Well. Well. Who are you? Are you... human?" The Kraang asked, causing a stare as your golden glow burned brighter with every heavy step he took towards you.

"I... What does it matter?... I'd offer a slow painful death of only myself for the safety of my planter, but I'm sure you'd prefer the meal over the entrée-" You spoke so softly, you were almost sure that no one could hear it over earpiece. It wasn't long before you found no choice but to fight again. "-Alrighty. Maximum effort."

As you dove back in for another "round two" Leo had somehow been up here as well, also diving into action as you both ported each other, using teamwork skills that you never thought you'd have for one another. At some point, you and Leo realized that there's one thing left to do... send him through a portal and cut off the ship before it gets here entirely and kills everything and everyone you've ever learned to love.

"Fuck... Nardo... I fear that we're on the same page..." You muttered, panting between dodged blows from the Kraang leader. Leo took one glance at you, his heart jumping into his throat. He didn't wanna think that you were being serious, but it did seem to be the only option.

Leo got the Kraang through one of his portals, ready to get Casey to shut the gate, but you couldn't let Leo take that monster on his own. That wasn't going to happen. It couldn't happen. His brothers need him. His dad needs him. His adopted, lesbian sister needs him. His boyfriend(Usagi) needs him. But most importantly, you need him to be alive... So he can go home...

"Casey!" You shout, throwing yourself through the portal and slashing the Kraang across the face/abdomen. Leo was flabbergasted, dare I say bamboozled by your heroic effort... Like he suddenly... knew you were a good person... It hurt to see right now, but the skepticism of his was never meant to hurt his brother, but to protect him... He wanted to think you were a good person, he just didn't want to take that chance with his brother's heart... or life. But there's no time to get sappy now. Now it's time to save the world.

"CLOSE IT NOW!"
