October 19th 2016 Diary entry #6 Slept in the car at the end of town near some forest park thingie. Had breakfast at a cheap cafe in Pittsburgh so I used the free internet there. Saw on twitter that Charley was in a movie theatre the same day he died. He watched some bad Halloween movie from 1990 or something. The timeline doesn't really fit in my opinion.
Update Timeline doesn't really fit no... the fire started at approximately 8pm, the movie ended at 7:40. But from the cinema to Charley's flat you need an hour by bike... with a car it would be faster, like 20 minutes but the traffic was bad that day because there were multiple accidents. By car you would've needed almost an hour too. Yes he could've left the movie theatre early but that doesn't seem like Charley at all especially cuz he usually took his time with everything and you had to always tell him to hurry the fuck up. So I called the cinema and asked if they remembered Charley. The Lady didn't but the man she put on the line did. I asked if he left early that day at that time but no one went out the doors early. He said he would show me the video footage of the cameras so imma drive over there right now. When the man asked me why I wanna know it I lied. It doesn't matter.
Update 2pm. Was at the cinema. The worker there was nice and he showed me the CCTV footage. Right after 7:28 the footage cuts off and there is a lot of disturbance and static. But he told me that he was there the whole time and Charley definitely didn't leave. Like leave at all. Charley went in but never went out. Which I dont believe because the worker was old and probably going to retire soon judging from his looks and the way he talked. And I think he is in the beginning stages of dementia... poor soul.
And also, I checked the cameras. Footage from the cctv is unusable, from every single angle in and outside the building so the problem isn't a singular camera. It's also weird that nothing is broken. It was broken from 7:28 to 8:10, everything after and before looks fine... I dunno. I have a bad feeling bout this.
