Chapter 41: Cloudy
Soft caress on my face woke me up.
"Hmm?" Ungot ko.
"Wake up, sunshine." A voice whispered. "Ayaw mo naman sigurong madatnan ka ni mama na natutulog sa kama ko?" He teased.
Napamulat ako ng mata.
"Good morning, Al." He smiled.
Masuyo naman akong ngumiti pabalik sa kanya. "Good morning, Shin." Inunat ko ang mga braso ko para yakapin niya.
"Ay sus naglalambing pa." He said but still complied.
Even his scent drives me crazy.
"Bangon na."
"Yes boss."
Nauna na siyang lumabas kaya naman naghilamos muna ako at nagtoothbrush. I checked the hallway first before I went out the room. Mahirap na at baka makita ako ng mommy niya na palabas sa kwarto niya.
Nagdrive ako pabalik kay Shin
Naabutan ko ang mama niya na nakaupo na sa hapag.
"Mama ohayō!" I greeted her cheerfully. (Good morning, mom!)
"Aleia!" She exclaimed. "Ohayōgozaimasu!" (Good morning too!)
Naupo na rin ako sa tapat niya. Si Shin naman ay naghahain ng breakfast.
"Yoku nemuretanode, kitto onaka ga suite iru hazudesu. Tabemashou." She said. (You slept so well, you must be starving. Let's eat.)
"Hai!" Sagot ko naman.
"Sorede jūbunda yo, shinji. Tabemashou." (That's enough, Shinji. Let's eat.)
Shinji joined us and we ate heartily.
I helped Shinji clean the dining table. "Al I have plans later. You think you can go home by yourself?" He said.
"Yeah. Pasaab ka ba?
"You know just some work stuff." He said and shrugged.
"Okay. You mean like right now?" I told him.
"If it's okay with you?" He said and then he checked his phone.
"Sure. Una na ako sa taas. I"ll justfix myself and go. May dala naman akong kotse."
"Cool." He said the his phone rings. "I'll just take this okay?"
"Okay. I"ll go upstairs na." Sabi ko and then I went upstairs.
After ko magshower saglit at mag ayos kinatok ko ang guest room to bid mom goodbye.
"Aleia, are you going already?" Tanong niya nang makita ang bitbit Kong bag.
"Yeah mom. Shin has plans daw and so am I. I'm also planning to meet a friend."
"Okay. Will you be okay on your own?"
"Yeah mom. I brought my car so no worries." I said and kissed her cheeks.
"I'll be leaving the other day. Make sure to visit again okay?"
"I will. Bye!"
Pagbaba ko ay nagpaalam ako kay Shin at Saka dumiretso na sa papunta sa kotse ko.
Pakanta kanta ako habang ngadadrive. I'm in a very good mood. Dumaan muna ako sa Isang coffee shop at habang nag aantay ng order ay tinawagan ko si September.
