(The Spartans manage their way onto a platform that is on the edge of a blood, waterfall. Kratos puts his back as Dratos is right next to him. They both walk to the edge of the platform, showing a river of blood and souls)

(Dratos taps his father's shoulder, who looks at him)

Kratos: What is it, Dratos?

(Dratos points to a large boat, that is flooting down the red river. The boat makes its way toward, where the Spartans are and stops for its passengers to get on board. Both Dratos and Kratos climb aboard it)

???: Who calls for the Ferryman?

(Both Spartans approach the tall figure, but it zooms behind them, catching Dratos off guard as he turns around and summons his blades)

???: 'Ghost of Sparta' and 'Son of the Ghost'? Slaves to the Olympians?

Dratos: We are slaves to no one, Charon.

Charon: We share a common fate, Spartans. The gods will release neither of us from our torture. Be gone. It is not yet your time, mortals.

(Kratos draws his Blades of Chaos as he and Dratos attack Charon, but the Ferryman shows to be quite the combatant. Dratos is having a hard time, trying to land a hit on the undead boatman. Charon grabs Dratos by the tail and slams him onto the ground, then chucks him to the side. Kratos charges at him swinging his blades at him, but he gets back handed, launching him a couple feet)

(Dratos gets up off the ground, summons his 'Griffin' bow and starts shooting at the Ferryman, but Charon dodges the magical arrows. Kratos tries landing a hit on the Ferryman, swinging his blades at him. Charon swings his wooden scythe at him, knocking Kratos over to Dratos as both Spartans hit their heads on the ground, leaving themselves unconscious)

(Charon makes his way over to the Spartans as he sets his scythe on the ground, then grabs both Kratos and Dratos by their heads. The Ferryman makes his way over to the side of the boat, where the blood waterfall is at and lifts both Spartans over the side)

Charon: You both chose your paths, 'Ghost of Sparta' and 'Son of the Ghost'!

(The Ferryman drops both Spartans as they fall to the bottom, landing in the blood-like water)
