"Electricity." Vanessa spoke, "Electricity is the key." Mike and Evelyn started grabbing anything and everything they could use. Vanessa held up a device and turned it on, "We use these for animal control." She placed it on the table, "There are tasers in your belts. It won't do permanent damage, but it'll mess with the animatronic circuitry. Hopefully, buy you two some time.0

Mike looked at her, "Come with us." Vanessa shook her head and said no. "Vanessa, you owe it to me, and you owe it to them."

"No, I can't. If he's there, I... I won't be any use to you, believe me." Evelyn looked at her with sadness, "He really messed you up, didn't he?" Vanessa looked at her and then reached into her pocket, pulling out a set of keys. "Take these."

"You need to avoid the front entrance. There's an outlet vent on the east side of the building. That's the best way inside.

Mike and Evelyn raced out the door and headed for the cop car. Mike started the car with ease, and they took off, heading straight towards Freddy's.

Mike tore the wood of the nails and went into the vent, Evelyn following him. Evelyn felt something run across her hand and then a small squeak. She squeezed her eyes shut and kept pushing forward.

Mike came into view of the stage. He could see the animatronics alive and moving. Chica was leading Abby away, while Bonnie and Freddy were doing their programmed dance. "No!" Mike hit the vent opening twice, and it came undone. He crawled out, holding a hand behind him that was silently telling Evelyn to wait. "What? No, I'm coming with you." Evelyn spoke in a hushed voice.

Mike took a deep breath and held his hand out to her. He didn't want her to go with him, but he also didn't want her to be left alone. They quietly snuck up to the stage. Then all of a sudden, Freddy throws his head at the noise they are making and the music stops. The two adults quietly threw themselves into the stage, taking cover.

Freddy was looking for them, but when he couldn't see them, he went back to singing as the music came back on. Evelyn peeked her head up and saw Abby and Chica down the hall. "Abby," she said in a whisper as Mike pulled her back down.
