{Lute x Fem! Reader}

Bored Games

{Hiiii....so sorry I disappeared for a month or smth^^But hey, I'm back, who missed me?~}

The date went pretty well, part from Lute stabbing the fuck out of some random imp that tried to pick-pocket me with a broken popsicle stick. That was sweet.

When we went back, I went through the lobby. It didn't seem to catch too much attention...aside from Vaggie...so I thought it'd be fine to take her through there instead of the window. 

I felt kind of (kind of) bad leaving Adam here alone, so I decided we could go to his room and play board games or something for a bit.

Knock knock

"Hello?" He calls out, sounding rather irritated.

"It's us." I answer, standing at the door and waiting for him to open up.

He swings open the door and raises an eyebrow. "have fun on your little date?" He huffs, rolling his eyes like an angsty teen.

"Hm, yeah, we did actually." I say matter-of-factly, nodding simultaneously. "Thought maybe since we left you here, we could play board games or watch movies to make up for it."

"I did not agree to this, for the record." Lute states, making sure to get it across. And while I'd also like to spend more time with just her, I still feel like Adams just not enough of a dick to make him pout by himself forever. 

"We could just go-"

"No- but I'm picking what we play."

Just as he said, he picked the game, monopoly (but with that nice hellish touch cause y'know...fresh cut swag ig) since it was the only one that didn't have mould seeping into the board and cards. 

It was fun, Adam was being a cocky asshole the whole time, but Lute ended up winning. I entirely expected Adam to be a whiney baby about it but he congratulated her win, not without a pissy attitude though. 

It was weird, Lute even went on to later tell me how out of character it was for him. Normally he'd be such a poor sport, but by some miracle, he was being tolerable-

"Uh...thanks for not like...making me hang out in here alone I guess. Just...Like...it was nice to not be bored as hell-" He says, half mumbling, and refusing eye contact.

"Sure, say the word, next time we can make some dumb bets or somethin'"

"Let's not do that-" Lute snickers, gently taking my hand and brining me back to her room. "Could we watch movies or something for a bit...?" She asks, turning to me and doing that thing people do with their hands...you know the thing.

"Sure" I smile, going over to sit on the right side of the bed and surf channels till' I find something actually decent.

She smiles, giving me a nod and walking behind me to sit beside me, being sure to close the distance and even wrap her wing around me to pull me closer. Something about the whole situation made my face run red and a big dumb smile spread on my face.
