While distracted by my rather pointless overthinking, I snap my head up at the sound of a pissed Lute-
"Vaggie. I thought we talked about this." She storms in front of me, fists clenched to her sides. Vaggie rolls her eyes, completely dismissing it.
"You don't get a say in this. You should know it's your fault to for not keeping yourself hidden! You're just putting us all in danger-!"
"Guys, stop!" Ooooooh shit now Charlies here- She walks up pushing the two apart and looking back and forth at the two with an obviously worried expression. "What are we fighting over this early in the morning? Noone else has even woken up, for hells sake!" She steps back, before looking at me. "Y/n, what's going on?"
Fuck...I know for fact Vaggie started this, but I'm scared if I shit talk her girlfriend she might not favor me as much...bullshit. She's to nice for that. Not that it's a bad thing.
"Vaggie's was trying to talk to me about how I'm going about...hiding Lute..."
I see the heave of her chest as she turns the to the other two, who are staring daggers at eachother.
"Well...what are you worried about?" She tilts her head with her question, looking at Vaggie expectantly till' she's met with a deep inhale, followed by answer.
"Y/n has been taking Lute out, fucking out in the pentagram! And their disguises are just stupid-!"
"Vaggie! Calm down...I trust that Y/n knows she's hiding them well enough, she's smart, we don't need to worry." She smiles softly, wrapping Vaggie in a comforting hug before stepping back to face all three of us. "Are we all good?" She smiles at our synced nods. "Great! Then, let's just have a good day today!"
Wow, she really is all sunshine n' rainbows. I mean, I respect it. Takes a lot to have that outlook.
I showed Lute some options for breakfast, and when she was done eating we decided we could just stay inside, take things easy, nothing crazy.
