It was late at night, and Ranvijay was still immersed in his work. The soft glow of the desk lamp illuminated his sharp features as his eyes scanned the contents of a thick file. His brows furrowed in concentration, and he didn't notice how the time had slipped by.

The shrill ringing of his phone broke his trance. Sighing, he removed his glasses and reached for the phone, his irritation turning to mild concern when he saw Anika's name flashing on the screen.

"Anika, this better be important," he said, his tone sharp but laced with curiosity.

"Bhai sa! Bhabhi sa... She....!" Anika's panicked voice tumbled through the line, making his heart drop.

"Anika! Kya hua? Anvi ko bolo bhi!" he shouted, his tone rising as dread crept in. His instincts screamed that something was wrong.

(Anika! What happened to anvi say it)

"Bhai sa," Anika said, her voice cracking, "bhabhi sa behosh ho gayi hain! Woh hosh mein nahi aa rahi! Aap please jaldi ghar aaye!"

(Bhabhi sa has fainted! She's not regaining consciousness! Please come home quickly!)

Ranvijay shot out of his chair, grabbing his car keys on the way. "I'm coming. Stay with her," he said curtly before ending the call.

The world around him blurred as he drove recklessly through the empty streets, ignoring signals and speed limits. His mind raced with all the worst possibilities, and he silently pleaded with God to keep his Anvi safe. His grip on the steering wheel tightened, his knuckles white as his chest heaved with anxiety.

As he reached Rathore Mansion, the dead silence and darkness of the house made his unease grow tenfold. Bursting through the front door, he started shouting.

"Anvi! Jaan, where are you?!"

His voice echoed in the quiet hall as he climbed the stairs two at a time, his breathing uneven. Reaching their bedroom door, he twisted the knob, his heart pounding, only to be greeted by darkness.

"Anvi!" His voice cracked as he called her name, stepping inside cautiously. Suddenly, a soft yellow light flickered on from the balcony, catching his attention. He took slow, hesitant steps toward it, his pulse racing. But as soon as he reached the threshold, his breath caught in his throat.

The entire balcony was bathed in the soft glow of candles, with rose petals scattered across the floor. Red balloons floated against the walls, swaying gently in the night breeze. It was a scene straight out of a dream, and Ranvijay stood frozen, trying to process what was happening.

Before he could react, two delicate arms wrapped around his torso from behind. A familiar voice whispered in his ear, "Happy Birthday, Rana sa"

He turned swiftly, and there she was his Anvi, standing in her simple night suit, her radiant smile lighting up the room more than the candles. The golden glow highlighted her delicate features, making her look ethereal.

For a moment, their eyes locked, and the world around them faded away. Anvi stepped closer, wrapping her arms around his neck. Standing on her tiptoes, she leaned in, surprising him by claiming his lips in a tender yet passionate kiss.

Ranvijay froze for a second, taken aback by her boldness, but he quickly melted into her embrace, kissing her back with equal fervor. Between the kisses, she whispered, "I love you."

Ranvijay pulled back just enough to rest his forehead against hers. "I adore you more, jaan," he murmured before placing a soft kiss on her forehead.

"Jaan, a prank like this... never again," he said, his voice trembling with emotion. "Do you have any idea how scared I was? I thought..." His words broke off as he closed his eyes, trying to steady himself.
