"What? No ring? No speech?" You huffed teasingly, trying to hide your smile.

She didn't say anything, and you chuckled, letting her know you were just kidding, before turning in her arms to cup her face, pulling her in for a long, sweet kiss. She started smiling, laughing to herself now, and you pulled away nodding with a huge smile when she cocked an eyebrow, wanting an answer.

"I wasn't sure how you felt about marriage." She admitted quietly and you kissed her lips quickly in assurance.

"Honestly, Max?" You mused and she peered into your eyes with her bright, hopeful ones, "I've wanted everything with you for a while, marriage, kids, the whole lot."

You've never seen someone look so purely happy like they just heard they were getting everything they've ever dreamt of before. It had butterflies and heat swimming in your middle, laughing out loud just from feeling giddy.

She gripped your bare waist, pulling you closer so she could kiss you again and you never felt more complete than when the two of you shared a kiss or were this close.

When the kiss started to get heated, someone whistled over at you guys, and you both broke away with blushes tinting your cheeks. The two of you chuckled when you caught her eye, seeing as you were both in the same predicament, and then you took her hand, leading her over to one of the blankets set out on the sand to watch the fire.

The sun had gone down and most of the light was from the bonfire, some tiki torches and lanterns scattered deeper into the island, away from the water, and people's flashlights from those who wanted to explore away from the group.

Normally, anyone else would be a little on edge being on an unfamiliar island without their phones or knowing most of the people surrounding them, but you two were so at ease with it. Probably didn't hurt that she was the most powerful avenger, and you weren't too shabby in that area yourself, but it was still freeing to have no sense of obligation, just totally living in the moment.

"I love you." She whispered, putting her arm around you as you both sat up on the blanket, and you scooted closer to her in response, making her giggle.

"I love you too, my beautiful fiancé."

Your voice alone, so full of adoration and care, had her smiling like a goof, loving how it sounded, and she automatically snuggled closer to you, humming in response to the words she'd never tire of hearing.

The fire eventually died out, most people going back to their tents that they had set up in the woods or all the way back to their homes, but the two of you stayed lying out on the blanket, gazing up at the stars.

"So, what does being married to Wanda Maximoff look like?" You mused lightly, a hint of teasing in your tone.

"Hm," She took a moment to think it over, lacing her fingers with yours to bring the back of your hand up to her lips, and placing an adorable kiss there before setting your hands back down on the blanket, "A lot like it does now I would assume, since we already live together, but I'm not sure," She smiled to herself, "I'm just excited to call you my wife and celebrate our love, spending the rest of our lives together."

You smiled up at the dark sky, knowing she wasn't super familiar with how everything would change, and loving how she just wanted to dive in headfirst with you.

She wasn't wrong, not much would change in the grand scheme of things, but the bond you two held, and would be making even more official in front of all your friends, was something that was figuratively and quite literally unstoppable. It felt like the two of you ruled the world and anything you wanted was in question because between you both, you could do great things.

You could feel your powers, your magic, recharging just by being in her proximity and you knew it must be a witch thing, and even though you were sure you could now, you didn't really want to peek into the future, not quite yet anyway.

She sat up with a quirk to her smile, a glint in her eyes, an idea coming to mind, and you slowly sat up next to her, wondering what it could be. You didn't have to wait long for an answer because after she looked around, making sure the two of you were alone on the beach at least for a good distance, she started taking off her suit.

"Wanda!" You whisper shouted, covering your mouth, and trying not to smile, "What're you doing?"

"Skinning dipping." She told you with a shrug, running down to the water as she finished taking it off, letting it fall to the ground, and then hitting the cold water with a small yelp.

You laughed, scrambling to get up and join her, but it was a bit of a struggle since you were practically doubling over, watching your fiancé hop up and down in the water, trying to adjust to the freezing temperatures.

You hit the ocean seconds after you threw your top off towards the other blankets and yelled out when the icy water claimed your skin.

She chuckled, diving under to swim over to you, and when she came up, you immediately kissed her.

"Let me breathe!" She giggled, tugging away to pant, her chest rising and falling rapidly, just under the surface.

"No." You smirked, and she went to gasp out a response, but you muffled it with another kiss, turning it into a moan.

Your legs were both kicking the water underneath to stay afloat since you two were out pretty far now, and your hands went to her bare hips as she held onto your neck.

"I love you so much." She panted against your mouth, both of you shaking a bit from the cold, but warming up just by being this close.

"What's that?" You teased and she rolled her eyes with a smile as you pretended not to have heard her, "Sorry, could you repeat that ma'am? Something about wanting lunch?"

She shook her head before pressing her lips against yours in a hard kiss.

"I said I love you, you idiot."

"One more time, for the people in the back." You requested and she took the challenge.

"I said, I love you, Y/n L/n, and I can't wait to marry you!" She shouted, turning her face up and towards the island as if anyone was close enough to hear her.

"Yeah, okay, I heard you that time," You laughed, and she raised her eyebrows with a shit eating grin, "And I love you too."

"I love you more."
