You felt something soft and wet pressing lightly against under your eye repeatedly as you slowly woke up and when you heard a small gasp, you forced your eyes to flutter open. You saw Wanda's frown first, then her green eyes darting between your cheek and the cloth she was holding to finally your eyes as they focused.

"What's..." You sat up a bit, still really close to her as your leg had hooked over hers during the night and you blushed furiously before meeting her eyes again, "What's wrong?"

You had used her shoulder as a pillow all night and you could still feel the warmth of her on your cheek, but she furrowed her eyebrows as you untangled yourself to look at her better before she explained.

"I thought you had dirt by your eye from us being outside last night," She told you quietly, her scratchy morning voice paired with her accent that seemed to be thicker in the morning was distracting you, so it took a bit longer to process what she was saying, "So, without disturbing you, I got a makeup wipe out of my bag and thought..." She moved to continue gently wiping off your foundation and you grimaced when you remembered, "You have a black eye."

"Oh, yeah," You sat up and avoided her eyes as they bore into your face, "I forgot about that."

You hissed when you moved, trying to hide it, and she studied you carefully.

"How do you-"

"Good morning, gays." Someone's voice got your attention and you both looked ahead to see a blonde standing there, "I'm Yelena Belova and I'm here to kill Wanda."

"Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya," You used a deeper voice and Yelena scrunched her eyebrows as Wanda turned to you with a small, amused smile, "You killed my father, prepare to die."

"Wow," Yelena drawled out, making you pout, and Wanda squeezed your elbow softly out of sight before the blonde pointed to you while looking at her, "This her then?"

You smiled down at your lap, realizing this was the roommate that Darcy told you about as Wanda glared at her.

"Did you need something?" She snapped and you raised your eyebrows at the tone.

"You didn't come back to the room last night and your class starts in an hour...you guys do realize it's eleven, right?"

"Crap," You groaned, burying your face in your hands as you leaned forward on your elbows, "I missed my writing lecture."

"Nice meeting you!" Yelena called as she left, not having heard what you said, and you waved without looking up.

"You too!"

"Sorry about your class." Wanda mumbled shyly and you smiled before turning towards her, making her blush with just a look.

"Eh, it was worth it," You shrugged and then leaned back, trying to ignore the fact that her arm was now around you since it had been resting on the back of the couch, "I mean, I had fun," You kept your attention on your hands as you fiddled with your fingers in your lap, "Did um, did you?"

So fucking awkward, it was painful – why? Why do you say these things?

"Yeah, I did," She smiled softly, her eyes never leaving your face, "And I'd skip my lecture if you wanted to get food or some ice for your eye."

"Maybe we could meet up later for something?" You suggested, trying not to grin too widely, "No use in both of us missing class."

She hesitantly agreed and the two of you stayed there for a bit before reluctantly parting ways, so she'd have enough time to get ready for her lecture, promising to text about plans later.

You felt like you were in a daze on your way back to your room and you couldn't stop smiling, even with Darcy now gaping at you from her desk.

"Lemme see your face," She spun you around by the shoulders before you reached your closet and you were still grinning like a goof with lidded, slightly tired eyes, "You were gone all night and your eyes aren't bloodshot from getting high without me...oh my gods, did you get laid??"

"Nope." You didn't stop smiling as you popped the 'p' and she narrowed her eyes suspiciously, slowly letting you go.

"Truth," She confirmed after studying you for a moment and your stomach growled, making you both chuckle before she added, "So, it went well with the girlfriend?"

"Stop teasing me, she's not my girlfriend." You pouted a frown and she smirked.

"You forgot the 'yet' at the end of that and!" She paused dramatically and you raised your eyebrows, "Thor made soup, so this is not a day to be sad."

"Oh! What kind?" You were jumping a bit with excitement, and she grinned proudly.

"That tortellini thing he makes."

"Oh my god, my favorite!" You were still so happy about the whole night with Wanda and now Thorbear was making one of your favorite soups, "Man, I love soup."

"So, when're you going to tell me about your night with Wanda?" She smirked and you pursed your lips, trying not to smile too widely.

"Come shower with me and I'll give you every detail."

"Now, when you say shower with you..." She trailed off suggestively and you shook your head.

"I mean in the next stall," You laughed loudly, turning back to get some clothes, "You're still in your pajamas, so I figured you'd want to take one maybe?"

She made a show of smelling her armpit, making you cringe with a chuckle, and she shrugged, agreeing.

"I might've showered last night, but I'd do many things for the details of your little sexcapades." She told you as you both headed out.

"I haven't capaded in a while," You were laughing again as she teased you, "It was – oh, hey, Clint!"

"Hey, Y/n," He nodded to you both with a smirk, "Darcy," Then he turned back to you, holding out a phone that you took a second to realize with wide eyes that it was yours, and you gratefully took it from him as he explained, "Wanda found this in between the cushions when she went back looking for her dorm key, but didn't have time to find you first, so she asked me to give it to you."

"Anything else she ask you to give her?" Darcy blurted out and you blushed, shaking your head as they laughed lightly.

"Thanks." You mumbled, now thoroughly embarrassed, but mainly by the fact that you blush way too easily – something that's becoming more apparent these days.

"She was smiling like you hung the moon for her," He laughed, but his eyes held something else that you thought might be appreciation and when he continued, you figured you were right, "I met her first year when Pietro introduced me and I could count on my fingers how many times I've seen her smile sincerely," That made you frown, thinking of her not being happy and how beautiful her smile is, "And um, not to hold you guys up, but she's pretty lowkey, so whatever you do for a date, don't stress about it too much, she just likes being with people she trusts. Doesn't matter what you're doing really."

"Um...thanks?" You felt awkward, talking about this when neither of you guys had talked about going on something officially date-like, so you felt uncomfortable, and then thankful because he seemed to pick up on it.

"Just thought I'd give you my approval – she'd kill me if she knew I was...anyway, have a good day, and I'll send you the class notes later!"

He passed by for his room with a wave to you both and you kept your head down while Darcy gaped at you, the two of you heading off towards the showers again.

"She loooooves youuu!" She teased constantly and you decided to keep the details to yourself as you stepped into the shower before stripping off the clothes you were wearing last night, but it only took one loud, dramatic scoff from Darcy before she grumbled that she understood, making you glad you had such a great best friend.
