Jay and Nya had a great time in the restaurant. They had both enjoyed their food, but now was time to go. They walked through the front doors back into the cold winter of Ninjago City.
"I had a really fun time with you." Nya smiled, holding her hands together with a tint of red on her cheeks.
"Who says it has to end just yet?" Jay asked, checking his watch quickly to make sure he in fact had time.
"Oh, really? Well, where are we going then?" Nya asked curiously, grabbing Jay's clothed hand tightly.
"I mean, there's that christmas market next to Borg Tower." Jay began. "We could go there." He offered.
"Sounds great. We don't have too many Christmas decorations at the Monastery." Nya smiled as the pair started walking towards their destination. "Lloyd has been too busy, Seliel says they're useless, Garmadon doesn't really care, Wu says not to get them because they remind him of Zane, and Misako, Falcon, and I have tried to get them, but haven't had the time."
"Well, now you have." Jay smiled. "But uhm... Anyways, what are you doing nowadays?" He asked, earning a confused look from her. "I mean, I haven't really watched the news in a while so I don't know if the Legendary Green Ninja, the one and only Samurai X, the mysterious Phantom Ninja, and the skilled Falcon have struck again." He clarified, mimicking Gayle Gossip's overly dramatic reporting.
"Yeah, they still strike sometimes." Nya laughed. "But not as much anymore... It has been pretty peaceful. I mean, Seliel has mostly taken care of the little criminals since it's good practice for her, but me, Lloyd, and Falcon have just been chilling."
"Sounds great." Jay sighed in delight.
"Well, yeah, but also... I've had something to do in my spare time." She smirked, getting his attention. "I have started a project called The Destiny's Bounty 2.0."
"You're creating a new Bounty?!" Jay gasped in shock. "But can something really replace the old one?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Actually, me, Seliel, Lloyd, and Falcon flew back to the Dark Island on Lloyd's Energy Dragon a while back, and retrieved some parts from the original Bounty, so it is still the same ship... Kinda." Nya explained, receiving a smile from her ex-boyfriend.
"Well, great to hear." Jay nodded. "And I guess there's some of my old things as well then?"
"Yep. We retrieved everything from your old workshop." Nya replied. "Your wings, tools, laptop, radio, CDs, robots... The list really keeps going."
"I might stop by the Monastery sometime and grab them." Jay said, receiving a faint nod back from her.
"Or... Or I could bring them to your place... We could also... You know, grab some coffee and catch up..." Nya offered instead.
"Nya, just say when you want to come to my apartment." Jay chuckled, looking down at her, causing her whole face to turn red. "I know you too well."
"Well, yeah... I do." Nya smiled in embarrassment. "I wanna see what you've done to the suite."
"Yeah, we can go there after the Christmas market, right?" He asked, receiving a nod from her. "I just gotta call Cindy in advance so she's not in there in her underwear again." He groaned.
"What?" Nya asked, beginning to laugh.
"I once came back from work in the middle of the night and it seemed she had also come back from Laughy's a while before since her work clothes were on the floor, and she was sitting on the couch in her underwear, watching a movie with popcorn on the side." He explained, causing them both to burst out in laughter.
