Hi, I'm Charlotte and my life is like seeing a plant growing so yeah, it's kinda boring... until... some strange phenomena happened, a girl born with 3 set of arm and 2 pair of eyes. And nightmare begin to ravage the world (the nightmare are monsters who are created out of the dark emotions of people)... so the dream catchers were created (the dream catchers are like the police but with... some extra power ).
So you could probably ask yourself, "but Charlotte, were do the nightmare come from?" Well... some kind of "person" hook up with a... someone really special and it created those "nightmare machines".
So, now I know you're asking yourself "but why is it called hell town?" Well... those dream catchers are... abusing... really abusing their powers. And just arrest people who are perfectly fine. Schools don't exist anymore because of all the bad emotions that come out of it. Jobs... exists but... it's really not well paid and... you can't because you (at least) need to have gotten to school but... schools don't exist anymore... so basically, you just need to pray that your father or your mother got this hell of a job and your fine.
Because of this, some people manifested but... they didn't want to deal and hear about it. So the "peacocks" were created. (The peacocks are a group of people that create nightmare to make the dream catchers react and listen to them. But it doesn't really work).
