Random Writing

An idea of story I had; my try to write it

Present time, present day, in a big hall of a highschool.

It was a new school year, "the beginning of a new journey for all the students present here" said the announcer or in other words the principal of this school. Every year, it's the same old and boring speech about the "bloom of new students and their accomplishment in their designated domains"... He really loves to puts his students in high regards. But can't stop to be disappointed when these "blooming students" fall down their pits of hell... Or in other words; stress, work overload and the cherry on top, the absence of social life to focus on studies and not mess up your life to avoid finishing with a job that exploits you more than it pays you to live.

"And I am now happy to say to all of you, students and teachers gathered in this room, may this school year enlights you in its wake!" Exclaimed the voice of the principal in the microphone one last time, announcing the end of his speech. All the people present in the room claps, cheering for his one-hour, neverending speech.

Present day, an hour later.

"Fucking FINALLY! My ass was feeling numb at this point, jeez... Doesn't he knows how to synthesize?!" The voice of a pretty fed up man, but with a touch of a feminine touch in it echoes through a corridor as the voice of a sweet girl also echoed next to his, patting his shoulder before responding.
"Don't worry, there's only one speech every year..." She tried to reassure and calm the goth guy down while having a sweet smile on her face.
"God bless, Maria!! God bless!!" He exclaimed again, raising his arms in the air in a praying manner before looking down at Maria again.
"No but seriously, it was so long! I thought I was going to grow old before he finished his speech!" He complained again. The sweet girl responded with a chuckle muffled by a hand other her mouth before shrugging and responding. "Don't exaggerate it. It was long, I'll give it to you but it wasn't that bad..." She nudged him, giving the guy a small smile. He rolled his eyes while also smiling, ruffling her hair while sticking his tongue out before rushing towards his designated dorm... Which is in the girl section? Hold up, what?
"Hey! Come back here Leo! Don't think you can escape me! We're in the same dorm, doofus!" The gentle girl playfully said while chasing after them, laughing a little before entering the dorm herself... Not really bothered about that fact apparently.
