10. The daiyōkai demon Ryuunosuk Part 2

(Kagome's Pov)
Hours have passed by and there still has been no sign of the others. Where could have Ryuunosuk taken them? I headed back to the forest to where Maya, Shippo, and Koga were. Maya could now move again but that didn't really matter to me at the moment. I kept worrying about the safety of Inuyasha and the others.... I found tessaiga hours after Inuyasha and the others disappeared. Without tessaiga Inuyasha would transform into his true demon self ; I had to find him quickly!

When I got back to where I left Shippo and them Maya wasn't there..Where could she be running off to now in a time like this?

"Where's Maya" I asked they both looked up at me.

"Maya went to go find some clues into where Ryuunosuk had taken the others" Shippo explained to me holding back the fear in his voice.

I nodded at his response I knew this was a difficult time for both us right now. I still had been pretty mad at Koga for running away like a coward. But, it's not really his fault for what happen or is it? I don't know how long I waited for Maya to come back and she never did. I felt hot breath against my face, I opened my eyes to see Koga sleeping by me! I panicked I jump up quickly and ran to the other side of the camp site. He woke up quickly and now stood on his feet looking for intruder.

"Kagome what's matter whose here" he spoke to me in alerted tone

"No one is here Koga I just saw a bug on me"

"Oh, well come back over here"

I stagger over to him slowly praying that somebody would come save me. Maya came out from the trees with Shippo on her shoulders. I ran over to them them with a big smile on my face. Maya must if sense my UN-comfortableness towards Koga because for the rest of the night she remained at my side. Later, that morning are hunt was on to find Inuyasha and the others; not even one scent or item of theirs even came about. Its like they fell off the face of earth without even a trace of them found, to know that they ever exist.

"Kagome I have picked up a scent from Ryuunosuk" Maya said to me pointing too some direction in the west.

I got on Koga's back and we took off towards west I prayed for Inuyasha's safety along with Sango, Miroku, and Kirara.

(Unknown's Pov)
They're falling right into my trap just like I'd planned stupid fools. Wait until the great dog demon Sesshomaru finds them in his lands. Naraku will be thrilled to know that Inuyasha does not have his precious sword. I jumped down from the tree and took off running towards the way Ryuunosuk was.

(3nd person's Pov)
While Naraku had spies on Maya and the rest he decide he wasn't gonna let his plan unfold itself, he was gonna rush into it just to kill that witch.

-Meanwhile, somewhere near by the western lands .-
The group had been no where close to finding Inuyasha and the others. The closer they got to the western lands, the more Kagome feared something bad was gonna happen to them. Once Inuyasha's brother smells Kagome's scent on his lands, she too would disappear just like Inuyasha, Miroku, Sango, and Kirara.

The wind started to pick up as the group got deeper into the western lands. Kagome just wanted to find Inuyasha and the others as soon as possible before Sesshomaru found them on his lands.

"Are you sure Ryuunosuk's scent is this way" Kagome asked Maya who was walking ahead of them.

"I'm positive I smelled Ryuunosuk's scent this way"

No one spoke they all just kept walking deeper and deeper into the western lands. They came to stop in the middle of some trees and a huge boulder. Kagome decide to take a breather on the boulder while Koga scouted ahead of them. Maya went to go scout the other way leaving Shippo and Kagome alone.

"Do you think we'll find the others" Shippo asked.

"I hope so Shippo" Kagome said gripping tessaiga in her hands.

A few minutes passed since Maya and Koga left them; she was getting worried. Maya and Koga came running back with worry looks on their faces.

"We didn't find them Koga accounced

As Kagome got off the boulder something fast had been coming their way. Maya and Koga got into a fighting stance and waited for their enemy to come.

(Maya's Pov)
A man with white hair appeared in front of us with a blank expression on his face. I had seen this man before the day I met Naraku.

"Human tell where my half breed bother is!" he demanded at Kagome.

"Inuyasha has been kidnapped by a daiyōkai demon name Ryuunosuk" Kagome said to him

"Let me guess you came to see if I could locate him for you" he spoke coldly at her with no emotion.

"No, that's not it my friends smelled his scent on your lands so we came to look for him"

"Well you obviously been led into a trap to believe he's actually here"

Kagome could no longer speak to Inuyasha's bother so it was my turn to step in.

"Leave my lands your are not welcome here"

"We are not leaving until we find are friends" I yelled at him.

I could of swear I saw his face change from no emotion to a hint of amusement.

"Girl, you are challenging me the great dog demon of the western lands this should be fun"

"Maya we should go Sesshomaru is stronger than he looks like" Kagome spoke to putting a hand on my shoulder.

"Koga go take Kagome and Shippo to safety"! "Find the others too"!

Koga was hesitant about leaving my side to face off against this guy Sesshomaru. But, it had to be done to buy us time to find the others.

"Draw your sword human"

"Go now Koga"

With that Koga grabbed Shippo and Kagome; he ran away from the battle I could see Kagome look back at me every now and then. I turn my attention back to my battle. I drew my blue sword and ran at him with everything I had in me......

Sorry I've been MIA I don't have internet to update and my internet won't be on until two weeks which sucks :/! But, any who why do you guys think Ryuunosuk targeted Maya and the group? Does it have to do with Inuyasha? Maya? Or Naraku?  Face off with Sesshomaru and Maya!!
