She wandered aimlessly, her feet carrying her nowhere, her mind a blank slate. The city streets blurred together as she drifted through the crowds, lost in a sea of strangers.
Without warning, she found herself standing in the middle of a bustling highway, the roar of engines and screech of tires piercing her eardrums.
As a car hurtled towards her, its headlights blinding her, she felt an eerie sense of calm wash over her. She wants to hug that car, she want the car come over her. The car horn blared, but she stood frozen, her heart numb.
The car swerved past her, its tires squealing in protest, she turned back to see that car and looked at front again to find the world around her a hazy blur. She gazed down at her hands and legs, as if searching for answers, but they seemed like foreign limbs, unconnected to her very being.
As a massive truck bore down on her, its horn blasting a deafening warning, she remained rooted to the spot, unable to move, unable to care. Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes, but she couldn't summon the strength to cry. She was a soul adrift, lost in a world that had forgotten her name.
The truck screeched to a halt mere inches from her face, its driver's frantic shouts muffled by the fog in her mind.
She couldn't hear anything just want that truck over her. And still, she stood, a statue of despair, as the world around her melted into chaos.
Just as the truck was about to strike her, a strong hand grasped her wrist, pulling her back from the brink of danger.
She felt a surge of adrenaline as she was yanked away from the hurtling vehicle, her heart racing with fear.
As she stumbled backwards, he wrapped his arms around her, holding her close in a tight embrace. She felt the warmth of his body, the beat of his heart, and the safety of his presence.
The truck roared past, its horn fading into the distance, as she stood there, frozen in shock.
He held her at arm's length, his eyes scanning her face, his expression a mix of concern and little angry too.
"What are you doing, huh?", His voice high.
"You know that you should not go outside alone like this?", He shouted.
She was looking at him blankly unable to understand anything. Because she doesn't know anything what happened just now.
He signed.
"Let's go, Listen to me carefully once and then I will do whatever you say", He said calmly holding her hand with a understanding face.

I applied the brakes, and the car came to a stop. She didn't even look at me, just stared out the window, her eyes fixed on some point outside.
The ride had been silent, the only sound the hum of the engine and the beat of my heart.
