CHAPTER XXV

ALL FOUR OF US WOKE UP EARLY IN ORDER TO SPEND AS MUCH TIME POSSIBLE ON THE BOAT.

I packed a day bag and wore a swimsuit under hot weather clothes and didn't forget the sunscreen.

Choso launched the boat and we were off on the estuary.

I was pretty surprised that Choso knew how to launch and drive a boat, I think it made him hotter to me.

It was spacious, and all of us fit inside comfortably with no complaints.

Kaori packed food, and Yuji had inflatable water floats for when we would anchor and get in the water.

Yuji and Kaori sat down together and I went up to the steering to speak with Choso.

"Captain Kamo is it?" I chuckled and rested my hand against the wind guard.

"Captain Kamo wants a beer, go to the cooler box." he pointed at the blue cooler box not too far away.

I picked up two beers and offered them to everyone else, but they declined.

I handed one to Choso but he didn't accept it and pushed it against my chest.

"Crack it open for me, baby," he spoke loud enough for only us to hear and he winked at me.

"Anything you want, Captain." I cracked the can open and handed it to him, to which he gladly accepted this time.

"Choso, isn't it too early to have a beer?" Kaori asked from across the boat.

Choso turned back to look at his mom for a little bit and he gave her a face that screamed 'I can do whatever I want Mom.'

"We're on holiday, so what if I want to have a beer at nine in the morning." he chuckled and took a sip.

"And you too young lady, imagine what your boyfriend would say about this." Kaori pointed a joking finger at me.

"He'd join me." I laughed and turned to watch the water separate as the boat slashed through it.

"I'm sure when you go back to campus you'll be going on some major holidays with Geto and Gojo. You know how rich that Gojo guy is?" Choso chuckled and drank some more.

"I don't know about holidays." I pouted while trying to imagine the idea of going on a holiday with someone who isn't Choso.

"He'd fly both you and your little boyfriend to Brazil if he really wanted." he nodded to himself and I laughed.

Yuji got up and squeezed between us and took my beer can out of my hands.

"Ready to get in the water?" Yuji sounded excited.

"Fuck yeah, I am." I took my shirt off to reveal my swimsuit, which garnered two pairs of eyes.

Choso stopped the boat and threw the anchor down.

He took his shirt off, leaving him in his swimming shorts.
It wasn't a rare sight for me, since I did see this and way more last night on the docks.

Yuji took his shirt off too and immediately jumped off the boat and into the water.

Yuji resurfaced and shouted about how cold it was, and that immediately put me off jumping in with them.

"Get in, Y/n." Choso had a wide grin on his face.

"Yuji just screamed over how cold it was." I held onto a metal bar to secure my position but that wasn't enough for Choso.

He approached me and peeled me away from the bar and was now carrying me over his shoulder, with my ass basically next to his face.

I internally cringed at the thought of Yuji's expression but kept play fighting with Choso.

"Let me down!" I kicked around and that led to Choso's arm clamping down against my waist.

Choso jumped off the boat while holding onto me and we both landed in the water with a crash.

We resurfaced with a gasp for air and immediately felt how cold it was.

For some reason, I found myself pressed up against Choso in a not-so-friendly way and definitely looked romantic.

Yuji was in front of us, watching his best friend and his older brother share a more intimate moment than he ever had in his entire friendship with me.
And it just turns out, that Yuji has a massive crush on his best friend.
