"And this was her when she was 8" Nathalie told Charles who laughed at a picture of his girlfriend in the bathtub and threw his head back to look at her. 

"You were so cute" He teased her and she rolled her eyes.

"Seriously, mom, I don't think Charles is interested in seeing my childhood pictures" Amelie said from the kitchen.

They were at Nathalie's house to have lunch. The older woman almost exploded with happiness when she told her they were visiting. At this very moment Charles was sitting on the couch next to Nathalie, who insisted in showing him pictures of Amelie, when she was a baby. Meanwhile Amelie was in the kitchen, cooking.

"No way, I'm loving it, go on" Charles said making Nathalie chuckle. "You didn't even hear the best stories" Bianca said with a grin.

"Come on, the food in on the table" Mel called out.

"So when she opened the box, I fell and opened my head. We had to get to the Emergencies and I had to get 5 stitches. Mel was so nervous that she peed her pants in the doctors office" Bianca laughed along with her mom and Charles. Whilst Mel blushed furiously.

"I was 4 and you were bleeding! I thought I killed you!" She defended herself.

"4? More like 5" Bianca said mocking.

"I was 4! And if you don't shut the hell up, I also have some interesting stories to tell mom. Remember Barry, your first boyfriend?" Mel said with a smirk.

"Shut up!" Bianca said and threw her napkin at Mel, who threw it back at her.

"Girls! How old are you? Behave youselves, we have a guest" Nat said and Charles snorted making Mel send him a glare.

"So do you have plans for the future?" The older woman asked and Amelie almost choked on her water.

"What?" Mel asked.

"You know like getting married, having babies..." She said with a smile.

"Mom please, we have been dating for two months. Calm down" Mel asked.

"Ok" The woman said and threw her hands up in the air. "Are you going to spend Christmas with your family Charles?" She asked him and he nodded.

"Yeah, I'm leaving tomorrow actually" He said.

"Good, family is everything" She said and the girls rolled their eyes chuckling.

"Hey, can you please get the desert, it's in the freezer. First shelf" Charles nodded immeadiatly and obliged. Nat looked behind her to check if he was gone.

"Girls, I have something to tell you and I wanted you to hear it from me" Nathalie said with a serious tone that alarmed Amelie and Bianca.

"Is everything ok mom?" Bianca asked.

"No, your father is contesting the charges that we pressed against him, He says that we are lying, that he never layed a finger on anyone and that we're defaming him. He's suing me for defamation and if he wins, I have to pay him 3 thousand dollars" Nathalie explained him.
