Chapter 36 Life is never easy, neither is resolve

The family go's to the restaurant within walking distance in town, it was a great night, filled with banter and small talk. Sol even incougeing the people in the reastront to have some fun, not won't to be the only family to be enjoying the night. So then the hole restaurant turnd to a fantastic freaidly night with everyone involved in mundane small talk. Sol at some point had a 2 year old in he's lap, he didn't mind and the parents were relieved to have a moment to themselves, they had no other family in town to help with the excitable two your old.
The family finished with there night starts hedging home, they didn't get far when Sol got an alart on his phone, him only saying
"Fuck"
Before he turns, running back into the city Keller seconds behind him saying
"Go home"
To wich a sea of 'no' are heard, so hear they are trying to catch up to Sol, no idea what's happening or where, but it can only mean trouble knowing him.
And then up ahead there's comtion, a man abusing a 7 year old girl, maybe her mother in tears begging for help on the sidelines.
Sol doesn't wast a second stepping in front of the man hitting his daughter saying
"Why are you hitting her?"
The man said coldly
"She's Un-Della and mine sadly"
Sol shakes his head saying
"That's no excuse you.."
Sol gets cut off with a hard slap to the face giving him an instead split lip, Sol holds his hand up to stop people stepping in, the man sterling saying
"This is my child, if I wont to hit her I will, someone should teach you to mind your own"
Sol pushing the girl aside, looks at the man firmly saying
"If you won't so badly to hit someone, hit me, I won't fight back, you should injoy"
The man seeing red didn't waste a second to punch Sol hard as he hit the pavement the man didn't let up kicking Sol while he was down only paused to ask
"Why won't you fight?, you can, I see your fight with Wrecking Ball, you think I'm not worthy to fight?!"
Sol slowly stood up chine high, arms out so you could see every wound infested, black eye, split lip, shurly some brocken ribs, cut and grazes saying
"This is just a mid week lesson for me, for 8 fucking years. You think I let another stuffer like I did for even a second"
Next thing Sol know theres K.O infront of him firmly saying to the man
"Abuse to anything is still abuse sir, we will not stand around and watch any longer"
Now Sol's looking around the people in the street are now by his side, all fully agreeing with K.O. the man laughed saying
"You can't do shit, she Un-Della, government say I'm right, hero"
K.O smiled saying
"Your sadly right, but he's not Un-Della"
Points a thumb at Sol and continues
"You hit him without course and he didn't fight back"
An officer comes over to arrests the man for 'asalt without course' and drag him to the police car, Cooper comes to Sol's side asking
"Little J you ok"
Sol franticly looks around asking
"Where's the girl?"
Cooper shys saying
"With papa, please Sol"
Carfly moving some stray hairs in his face, looking over the wounds, Sol closed his eye trying to reasure Max
"I've had worse dad"
K.O walks over to Sol saying
"I'm sorry you had to get hurt before we stepped in Sol"
Sol wave a hand saying
"I Knew what I was doing and the fucked rules"
K.O nodded replied
"The people have been recording this, we the hero's refuse to follow out of date decrees from the government about the Un-Della in the comuitte any longer"
Sol gasps and starts crying he was overwhelmed with the hero's decision, shortly carlapcing to the ground, Sol only saying
"Thank you, really thank you"
Max doesn't waste a moment to scoop Sol off the ground and into his loving embrace, Sol taking a moment then with a shakey breath said softly
"Sorry, dad I cant, no more today, sorry K.O, thank you turly it's beyond words"
K.O smiled saying softly
"My name, its Rose"
Sol only nods saying softly
"Thank you Rose"
Then close his eyes cradled to his Dad's chest like a small child, but without a single care as Max said sweetly
"Rest now little J, you're done enough for tonight"
Sol taking his Dad's advice snuggled into Max further and falls asleep, the next day it's all over the news and internet,
'hero strikes, we refuse to follow out dated decrease'
shortly follow up by the government saying
'Japan will no longer follow the Un-Della decree, they will live equally'
The commitmety is ecstatic about the news and many of the Della that know or have Un-Della nambours are spending time to make them apart of the community. It's a new age brought on by a brocken 16 year old that him himself is still finding his own, a truly sefless act
