Chapter 25 What tomorrow looks like

The next morning Sol gets ready, going for a casual look. The sides of his wavy hair pin up, the new platform wedge heel with cross bars that dad brought at the market. Straight buggy jeans and an oversize off one shoulder Gray jump.
So now here he is sitting in Tiffany's 1 minute after they opened, just ordered black coffee, waiting for John.
Only 15 minutes later and a boy walks in, he think, the person is fenimen looking, Sol's not judging, he's here in eyeliner and heels, 0 judggie, this person was petet, long shaggy deep purple hair with sapphire eyes, whereing skinny jeans and a oversized hoodey with house slippers.
John said he lived close, maybe close enough for houses slippers, yep that confirms it, this was the guy, as John looks around, Sol's waves a hand saying
"Hay John"
John looks lost for a moment, walking over asking
"How did you know?, I mean I know what you look like, but me"
Sol chuckles and points down
"I live close to this new cafe"
Shrugs and continues
"The house slippers were a give a way"
John speaks softly
"I was nervous, sorry"
Sol gets up and hugs him saying
"Nothing to be sorry for, it's cute"
John only node's, Sol starts humming mocking Jay, and after a moment John said
"I miss this"
Sol hmms and asks
"We could stay like this?"
John silent for a moment before speaking
"No, breakfast is good, I forgot dinner"
Sol let's go, both sites down and waiter comes
"Mr Sol said he was waiting on another,  your menu's, any drinks?"
Sol smiled
"Toffee coffee frappe"
John 'oh' and Sol asks
"Won't one?"
John nodded and waiter said
"OK, I'll be back with your drinks"
Sol saying firmly
"Order what ever, I'm paying no but's"
John saying
"I can pay for myself, but um...Sonny, my last names John."
Sol node's saying
"Sonny I'm paying because it was my invitation, nothing more"
Sol hmms and there waiter comes
"Mr Sol your frappes, I'll give you a moment"
As she leaves Sol continues
"What your ordering?"
Sonny hmms nods and said
"Maybe a breakfast burger, but omelet are good, but hmm oh Eggs Benedict"
Sonny sighs continues
"Yep don't know, you?"
Sol node's and raised his hand, a second later there waiter comes chippy asks
"Redy, ok what can I get you?"
Sol awserd
"Yeh, breakfast burger, the veggie omelet and a benedict with"
Sol looks over to a speechless Sonny, with no reply from him Sol rolls his eyes saying
"I pick omlet, you can pick the benedict"
Sonny a little over wheld but softly awserd
"Avacodo"
Sol hmms saying
"Were shearing, extra plate please"
The waiter
"OK Mr Sol,  can do"
And she walks off, Sonny saying
"Your to much"
Let's a tear roll down his face,
and Sonny continue in a wisper
"My mum die 5 mouth back, dad works, I'm lost. Your music and your video, you just seem like you know"
Sol shrugs saying
"Like nothing worth it, like you could scream and you don't know what would be worse, if no one hear or didn't won't to."
Sonny hides in he's hands taking a moment and Sol given it. After a moment Sol asks
"Is your dad good to you darling?"
Sonny frankly wave his hands
"God no, it not like that, dad works, I may see him once a week, well if we don't include sleeping."
Sonny sihys and Sol asks
"How long?"
Sonny playing with the straw to the drink
"After the funeral, I now we need the money,  but..."
Sonny cradle his drink, Sol asked
"How's the drink?
Sonny node's and there food arrived.
Sol smirks saying
"OK don't hold back, please. There's cake here!"
Sonny chuckles and asks
"You like cake?, sweets?"
Sol replies
"Yeh, fruits in cakes are the best"
Sonny chuckles and they enjoy there breakfast, small talk here and there.
Sol found out, Sonny John is 13, was a mommy's boy and gay. So talking to his dad, he's lost, more scard, and Dad's name is John John, after breakfast Sol asks
"Were dose he work?"
Sonny hmms then shiy saying
"A cleaner at Cosmos Hotel"
Sol node's asking
"When dose your dad have off?"
Sonny looks lost but anwaers
"I think he's on a haft shift today, if he doesn't pick up a shift, which he will"
Sol takes out his phone and calls someone,
"Yes hello I'm Sol Jackson•I need employ information••put me through to April."
Sonny's lost and Sol continues
"Hay April•yeh•nah good•well side issues really•hmm••yeh John John•Ok••no••No keep the haft shift••yeh thanks••12.ok•• thanks••take care."
Sonny is lost, Sol saying
"OK so John is only on a half shift. No more shifts for today."
Sonny started crying, Sol walks over and hugs Sonny and said
"I'm not leaving, we're going to your place, if you won't, but we'll bring luch, talk like here. If shit go south, I'm there, will this be OK?"
Sonny takes some deep breath before replying
"Sol it to much, to much"
Sol smirks softly saying firmly
"If it's what you need and it's freely given, then take it."
Sonny grip tightly on to Sol, but remains silent, after a moment saying
"I need help, please"
Sol rubbing circles on his back saying
"It's ok, I'm here"
Sol takes a moment then asked
"OK so what you wont to take?"
Sonny humms then said
"Chichen farcsha"
Sol giggles saying
"Sounds good"
So with there chicken farcsha in hand, five doors down, above a store is Sonny's small apartment, as Sonny enters saying softly
"I'm home"
It sounded more like a plee, than anything, but a man come out from the living room saying
"Shit your Jackson, what's wrong with my son, is he ok, please"
Sonny folding in on himself as he sniffles, Sol put lunch on the nearby table saying
"Define ok, he's alive. Yes, but not living."
And walks over to Sonny and hugs him tightly, after a moment Sonny speaks
"Sol brought lunch let's eat"
Lunch was silent, and Sonny was only give node's or hmm.
After lunch John makes tea, Sol asks
"Mr John you work a lot?"
John looks down saying
"Just John, yes, I...Sonny he wonts to go to Jenkins, did you know?"
Sol leans on the arm to the chair he's currently in saying
"Nop, as what?"
John beems saying proudly
"Nurse, my wife, Sally always said he was a lover not a fighter."
Sol shus saying softly
"Even the givers need to take, they just don't have a voice too."
John looks down letting a tear roll down his face, softy saying
"Sonny, after mum I didn't now what to do. You won't to go to Jenkins, I worked, I never wonted you to won't. But I've left you alone for to long."
Sonny now in a sobbing mess, John comes over and cradled his child, Speaking
"No more extra shifts, I'm hear, no more silence."
Taking a breath turns to Sol
"And you, there's no words, thank you."
Sol node's replying
"Just take care, Sonny has my number, need me call, goodbye sweetheart"
Sonny let's a soft
"Thanks"
And Sol leaves them to be a family once more, going back to the Cafe and grabbed a cherry chocolate cake and went home to do dinner for his important gust, Mr Dipshit.
Right on 5 o'clock there was a knock at the door Keller answer the door to see a tall man, short dark brown hair with gold eyes with a teenager next to him, a slimmer version with scruffy hair, the man said
"Hello, you son um"
Keller snots with an eye roll response
"Relax my unruly child dose talk to me, come in Mr Dipshit"
The man nodded saying
"I'm Peter Carter, my son Scarlett. Sorr"
He gets cut short with Sol's voice saying
"One more sorry and I'm just going to die"
Turning and looking at the teen asking
"Pills, knife, water or rope?"
Qukly following up with
"We can go to the other room"
Scarlett shakes his head and asks
"Have you told your parents or never got court?"
Sol snots saying
"Never got court but"
Keller cuts in
"Pills, haning and knife among others, dam special child"
Scarlett looks shocked Sol chuckles saying
"Looks like we broke your kid"
Sol walks up to Scarlett softly asking
"Won't a hug?"
Scarlett drops to his knees in a sobbing mess, Sol doesn't ask this time hold him tight. After a moment Peter commented
"He go's to therapy, but he just sits there, we'll go, sorry for the trouble"
Keller snots a giggle jesters to Sol saying
"That's trouble"
Then his tone go's flat as he continues
"How about the non suicide outside for tea, Max"
Copper scarring to the kitchen saying
"Yep bab"
Now just Scarlett and Sol after a moment Sol said
"How about we move this shit show, music or lounge?"
Scarlett wisperd a request
"Can you play for me?"
Sol simply saying
"Come come"
Once both in the music room Sol start playing the piano, just some Mantovani, after a while Scarlett said
"Pills, dad found me after he seen the porno photo"
Sol hmms waiting for Scarlett to continue after a moment saying
"I was in the bathroom, I couldn't sleep didn't think anyone would be up, but dad was up"
Sol asks
"Won't to try again"
Scarlett gasps burying his face in his hand, Sol said firmly
"I wont let you die, but you can stay with me for a while"
Scarlett said
"No no, I don't won't to"
Sol cuts in saying
"Your staying or going to a clinic"
With a shakey breath Scarlett let's out a soft
"You please"
Sol walks out to the deck saying
"Your kids staying here, can you pack a bag?"
Peter let's a tear go saying
"...Why"
Sol leans on the door frame saying
"When I wonted to die, papa gave me options, Clinic or lunch, I didn't wont a payed idiot or show my cuts, lunch thank you"
Peter node's saying
"I go get his things, I'll be 20 minutes"
And leave to go get Scarlett's things Sol start to walk back to Scarlett, Keller voice stops him going any further
"You don't have to put everything before you"
Sol turns saying
"I have great parents, a great brother. What am I meant to do, sit on a shelf like an over priced doll?"
Cooper giggles raised his hands saying
"You know that's what I wonted and didn't"
Keller with no emotion said
"Go look after the kid, trouble"
Sol humms saying
"Come with me"
And wonders back to the music room, when Sol enters saying
"My partner came with, wouldn't worry about them, there good with shit"
Scarlett nods and after some thought asks
"Keller your gay, how do you know?"
Keller saying smugly
"Because men in lingerie did it for me"
And shrugs Cooper asking
"Little one, is there a boy"
Scarlett shakes his head 'no' Keller said
"You can talk to any of us, all of us"
Scarlett node's Cooper started playing the piano Sol asks
"Who wants to dance?"
Keller standing holding out his hand, him and Sol do a simple walzs Scarlett said
"I didn't know you could dance Keller"
Sage hmms saying
"I'm better at kpop, but don't tell and Sage, please"
Everyone laughs when there's a bing bing heard in the room, Cooper gets up and go's out and return with an overnight bag and note handing it to Sol.
Sol looks over the note before looking at Scarlett saying
"Your dad left you in my care, can I read the note?"
Scarlett node's so Sol reads

Keller now hugging the cry teen on the floor after a moment Adi's voice is heard
"Um hello I'm Adi, can I help?"
Scarlett turns a shade of red then said
"Um I no yes ok"
Keller chuckles and Sol said

Scarlett barred his head in his hands and started crying Adi saying softly
"Don't mind my baby.b he shouldn't use his mouth, besides I hate to see a beautiful boy cry, so come now no more tears, please"
Scarlett node's saying softly
"Scarlett"
Adi smiled saying
"Hello, now we have a dinner gust and Mr Dipshit wouldn't be you"
Scarlett chuckles saying
"My dad, he has a rudeametrey way of thinking"
Sol grunt saying flatly
"Which is why you try to kill yourself then talk with him"
Adi gasps letting a tear escape Cooper go's to Adi while Keller said
"Scarlett help us with setting the table for dinner please"
Once the five of them at the table eating dinner Cooper try's to star a conversation
"Scarlett your still in school?"
Scarlett node's saying softly
"That's why I tried to..um leave"
Keller hair starts to flout before saying
"Which school"
Adilin stands up saying
"Dont tell him!"
Scarlett asks
"What's happening?"
Sol chuckles saying
"We all have faults, papa will get people fired or closed"
And shrugs Cooper asking
"What's wrong with the school, can we know?"
Scarlett takes a moment before replying
"I had a girlfriend, we were friends, but 15 year old boy friendly with a girl ment I was interested, I don't know. She wonted more and I try but it didn't work, she dumped me and call me a in the closet gay. Then people started talking, it's hard I don't even know so I can't defend myself"
Sol chuckles saying
"That why you say you just an't into despret"
Scarlett said softly
"But I'm now 17 and still don't now"
Keller saying
"Give it time, you will know when it's time"
Scarlett softly cried saying
"When, I gave up only last week I can't keep going like this, I should know already I'm old enough"
Sol said sternly
"I'm 16, I know I don't like being fucked by two guys, but I still don't now what a date looks like"
Scarlett gasps saying
"Your parents are right there"
Everyone chuckles Keller said
"We don't need details at the dinner table but we do know our son fucked like a rabbit and has a past"
Cooper said
"Time, we sometimes put to much pressure on ourselves and other. Sage here was my high school sweetheart and I left him for a time. I said I wasn't gay and went to music school in the US. I never past because when a girl tryed feeling me up, all I could think about was him."
Adi saying
"I don't won't to give you false hope, but I would like to get to know you"
Scarlett node's saying softly
"Just freaids is ok really, I'm not sure what I like, let's not mix who into it"
Scarlett smiled for the first time that night Sol asking
"It's my therapist day tomorrow, sit in with us, she takes thing differently. But I would like to show you the big bad"
Scarlett node's and dinner continues with small talk. The next day Sol introduce Scarlett to Tony, Sol said

Tony shakes her head saying

Sol rolls his eyes at Scarlett pailed face saying
"Fuck let's move this to the dance room"
All three of them moving to the dance room, Sol saying
"OK so I usually sing for Tony, I'm not good with words so this is a good outlet"

"Scarlett is there an out let for you?"

"Drawing"

Scarlett takes a moment then continue saying

Sol rudely ask but with no ill will behind it

Sol claps his hand together saying

Gets up and walks off coming back a moment later with a box of markers, taking his shirt off as he laid on his stomach, saying
"Right shoulder and back all yours, I wont words down my spine but I got someone coming that can make your work permanent, enjoy"
Tony gasps saying
"Oh Scarlett what ya going to do?"
Scarlett said
"No no I can't!.... can I?"

"Sol clearly said yes so it's only you holding back, maybe on more then one thing hmm"

Slowly starts drawing on Sol, Tony asking
"Is it really important if you are or aren't?"
Scarlett shakes his head 'no', but no more was given Tony asked
"How's your family, home, school "
Scarlett takes a moment saying
"My perants are divorced, school sucks"
Tony hmms and waits for more, after a moment Scarlett continued
"My girlfriend dumb me because I wouldn't go further. Now some of the kids think I'm gay, I can't even defend it because I don't know"
Tony asks
"The girlfriend is a troll, so that's not the problem, what is"

"Sol can I work with your words, I don't know if it'll work"
Sol awnings
"Hmm, should be two rows to fit

Scarlett smiled for the first time that morning saying happily
"Oh I can work with that, can I, I like Alice in wonder land"
Sol chuckles saying
"I said have fun, talk with Tony, I'm done today"
After a long pause Scarlett starts talking
"Mum left for another man, I stayed here because of... friends, then when it went to shit, mum replaced us... me"
Tony asked
"Did she say that?"
Scarlett shakes his head saying
"I call, I ask if I could visit she said not right now, call later and hung up."

"Are you afterad of not being loved, so you don't choose, but don't won't to comment because you don't won't to be replaced?"
Scarlett's only replied was to break down crying Sol rolls over and hug him till he calmed, after some time Tony said
"You need therapy, I would like to work with you"
Scarlett huffing out softly
"I take over your therapy now I'm taking your therapist"
Sol snots saying
"You taking shit, we can share."
Scarlett node's saying
"OK yes, I would like that, but I am having fun drawing on Sol, can I continue?"
Sol chuckles laying back down saying
"Go for it"
After some time and small talk about more mundane things with Tony like grades or general life Scarlett was done saying
"I'm finished Sol"
Tony nodded saying
"It's beautiful Scarlett"
Sol sites up looks at his phone and smirks saying
"OK lounge room"
As they enter the lounge room there's a knock at the door Sol walks up and opening the door saying
"Hay thanks, you know Tony and that's Scarlett"
Cherry smiled wide saying
"Hay ya' all, I'm Cherry, I don't do dick, but fuck me, that's beautiful!"
Jesters to Sol's back Scarlett
"Oh um thanks"
Sol chuckles saying
"Oh Tony baby, I wont you to do something to, you can take your time but yah"
Tony gasps saying
"Sol really, are you sure, this mean a lot"
Sol node's saying

Tony claps her hands saying

Sol node's Tony continues

Sol humm Kneeling infront of the coffee table and putting his arm's out and up.
Tony writes something and Cherry said

After a moment Cherry done saying
"Shit's all done enjoy, gotta' go"

"Thanks bab"
Going back to the dance room where's there's a big mirror so Sol can see his new tattoo. Tony messy English words saying on the left, 'Dont fight your demons' and the right side 'dance with them'
Sol lover's it the other one, the star tattoo from Adilin now bends down to his shoulder to a night sky that smoke out to be the Chesser cat on his shoulder blad the tail curld to cradled a white rabbit, Alice whering the mad hatter hat sitting onto of the second line of words with cherry blossom around. In two lines in Japanese,

I will sit with you in the dark'
Sol's ecstatic Scarlett's work was beautiful, Sol hugs him saying
"Thanks, it's fucking amazing"
Scarlett said
"Your welcome, but can I ask.."
And he trails off Sol said
"We should invite your dad for dinner, Tony your free"
Tony chuckles and nods saying
"Sure, got to do some paperwork, I'll be back tonight with cake"
As she waves and wonders off, Sol said
"OK send your dad message and then we'll go to the shops"
Scarlett node's, after the message Sol has a top on and car keys saying
"His coming yah?"
Scarlett node's and Sol said
"Were driving down to Maine, come on"
Scarlett asks
"Can you drive"
Sol snots saying
"Yeh yeh"
After the shops and back home, they decided on BBQ, steak and susugers with salad. It's now late afternoon and the five of them at the table before there was a knock at the door, Sol answered the door to see Tony, she said
"Hay, brought Strawberry Almond Gateau Cake and found him in the drive"
Sol smirks saying
"Oh yes, Mr Dipshit our other gust, come in"
All sites around the table outside while Sol's cooking the meat for dinner having small talk when Peter said
"I need to know"
Scarlett said
"Dad, I had therapy today"
After a moment of silence Tony said
"I offered to be his therapist twice a week. But after thinking, I would like him to live with me, do online schooling for know, what do you think?"
Peter eyes water saying
"Anything that would help him"
Scarlett paused for a moment then hug his dad replied
"I can't tell you things you won't, even why it's this way. Not yet give me time, please"
Peter hugs his son tightly after a moment saying softly
"Please look after my darling boy"
After dinner Peter gives Sol a big hug and
Scarlett go's with Tony. Days past Adi keeps close with Scarlett, messages back and forth between the two, he slowly finding hope again.
Some time past, not much Sol got a tattoo for Raven so he new how much Sol apptioates him. Sol got two black missty devil cats playing tattoo each side of his neak with the back of his neck saying

Raven was speechless, but he did love the tattoo saying
"Oh my Sol! It's beautiful, truly and the words, you remember, thank you"
