First day at kindergarten, yay. You are not a big fan of "first days". All those curious eyes, staring, waiting for you to introduce myself. In your original life, your first day at kindergarten had been far from ideal—a kid slapped you out of the blue, and from then on, tears were your constant companions whenever mom dropped you off. Even during class, you clung to the teacher, seeking safety in their presence. Yeah, I guess you could say you were a bit traumatized.

But now, as you face another first day, it's not an entirely new "experience." The familiar knot of anxiety is there, but it's softened by the memories of past struggles. It feels like stepping back into a story you thought had closed, hoping for a different ending this time.

Your mom, in contrast, brims with joy. "Sweetie, look at the camera, say cheese! You look absolutely adorable!" Her enthusiasm fills the room as she captures your first photo of the day, determined to preserve this milestone forever. you had a mouthful of breakfast cereal, so your "cheese" came out more like a garbled mumble, but Mom didn't mind—she beamed at you like you were the cutest thing ever.

Meanwhile, dad, always attuned to your feelings, noticed the flicker of anxiety on your face. "Y/N-chan, don't worry today. Just be yourself. My daughter is wonderful, after all." His gentle reassurance and motivating words washed over you like a soothing balm, calming your nerves.

"Thanks, Dad. I'll try my best," You replied, hopeful and mustering a small smile.

With a tender hug, dad left for work, leaving behind a sense of warmth and support that buoyed you up. You watched him go, feeling a bit lighter.

As Mom and you walked to kindergarten, the morning sun cast long shadows on the pavement. Just as you entered the gates, you noticed a small blonde boy walking ahead with his mom.

"Sweetie look, it's Mitsuki and her son! Let's go say hi!" Mom's voice was filled with enthusiasm, and before you could respond, she was already pulling you towards them.

You exchanged greetings, and soon enough, the moms were chatting happily. But you couldn't help but notice Katsuki's unmistakable glares. Did he have a problem with you? Don't tell me he still held a grudge because you nearly hit him with that spaceship toy? You hoped not; after all, you did end up having fun together.

Standing there, you felt a mix of anxiety and curiosity. Katsuki's eyes bore into you with an intensity that made you uneasy. Was he really still upset, or was this just his natural expression? It was hard to tell.

Arriving at the classroom, it buzzed with the lively chatter of little kids, their excitement filling the air. You were trying to blend in, taking it all in, when your eyes locked onto Midoriya across the room. He looked so shy, almost as nervous as you felt. But then, as if sensing your gaze, he looked up and your eyes met. For a split second, his face lit up with a gummy smile, the kind that made you feel a little more at ease in this new, overwhelming environment. Having him here made everything seem less intimidating, like you weren't completely alone.

The day was surprisingly okay, nothing like the horror stories you'd built up in your mind. You found yourself in the sandbox with Midoriya, the two of you building a castle out of the soft, grainy sand. You both were deep into the project, imagining a whole little world, when you suggested adding some branches as trees. Midoriya's eyes sparkled at the idea, and carefully placed the twigs around your small city. It wasn't perfect, but it was yours, and that made it pretty cool.

But then, out of nowhere, a shadow loomed over your creation.

Bakugo Katsuki loomed above you, his presence almost palpable. "What do you morons think you're doing here?" he snapped, his voice slicing through the air with sharp, unfiltered annoyance. "It's our turn to play, so get lost." His eyes were cold and hard, his scowl deepening with each word. His two lackeys flanked him, their expressions a mix of boredom and disdain
