"Every high and every low you're gonna go through

You don't have to be afraid I am with you"

Trinity POV

"Babe, get off me before I call Julian in here."

"And scar him for life? I've walked in on my parents having sex before. Trust me. You wouldn't put him through that."

Hiding the fact that he called my bluff, I pushed my husband's naked torso off of me and got out of the bed. Pulling his previously discarded shirt on, I turned around to watch him shamelessly standing in front of me, not even making a move to put any clothes on his body.

"Do you plan on getting dressed and going to work?" I asked, pulling my hair into a ponytail and leaning on our bedroom door.

"Eventually," he shrugged, a smug look on his face, "I'm still basking in the glow of morning sex."

"You sound very feminine right now."

"Says that one that was just screaming my n-."

"Shut up, and take a shower. I'm going to go ahead and cook breakfast and then I'll shower next. So be done by the time I'm finished."

"We could always shower together. It saves water and time."

He edged closer and closer to me, and as much as I wanted to kick him in the balls and turn his sex drive off, the other part of me wanted to bask in the glow of morning sex twice over in about 20 minutes.

But, he and I were both going to be late if we didn't get a move on right now. Him, late for work; me, late for...something else.

"I will pull you out of the shower myself if you're not dressed and ready in 15 minutes."

To appease the frown on his face, I kissed him quickly, giggled when he reached for me again, and scolded him once more before leaving the room.

"Jules, Sophia, get down here! We have to be leaving for school in 30 minutes, and if you don't have time to eat breakfast, that isn't my problem."

I heard Julian mumble something along the lines of "Why do I need school when I'm going to grow up to be a racecar driver?," and I heard the sound of Spongebob get louder from Sophia's room. Just like every school day, I was going to have to go back up there in about 10 minutes and say the exact same thing.

As I grabbed the pans and proceeded to make a breakfast that no one would have time to eat, I thought about forgetting about my plan entirely.

Usually, I enjoyed hiding things from my husband. Not things like having an affair or secretly planning to move to Tijuana with the kids. I enjoyed getting him all riled up. Say what you will, but it's adorable to watch him freak out. He knows he didn't marry a nice person.

Like I said, I usually enjoy hiding things from him. But, this has been weighing on me ever since we planned to meet. I knew that I deserved to do this and if I told Harry, his rationalization would make me change my mind. And, I didn't need that right now.

So, I kept it from him.

He didn't even know that I had gotten a temp to cover my shift today. If he got even a little suspicious, the entire thing would fall apart.

"Are you happy now?"

After throwing some bacon in the pan, I looked up to see Harry completely dressed. I watched him leave for work every single day, and I still never got used to his dressy trousers and button-up shirts.

I will give him credit for that. We would be celebrating seven years of marriage soon, and he still never failed to take my breath away.

"Very," I laughed, smiling as he crossed over the room to kiss me on my forehead and frowning at his next words.
