"But, it's just the price I pay. Destiny is calling me.

Open up your eager eyes. Cause I'm Mr. Brightside."

Reagan POV

"Please evacuate the building now. I repeat PLEASE EVACUATE THE BUILDING NOW."

They didn't need to tell me twice.

I had no idea who had just gotten shot, but we honestly didn't have time to investigate. Louis grabbed my hand and took off running, not even giving me the chance to turn around and look.

After a couple more steps, he stopped, threw me over his shoulder and continued running.

Guess I wasn't fast enough for him.

We were still getting soaked, the sprinklers up above not running out in the slightest, and because of all the smoke and water, it was extremely hard to see.

"Everyone meet outside!"

I was vaguely aware of Zayn running next to us, his hand wrapped around Avery's, who was struggling to keep up. Where Kai, Liam, Harry and Trinity were was still a mystery to me.

"Stop!" I yelled to Louis.

He didn't pause even for a second.

"Lou, put me down!"

Again nothing.

So, I had no choice but to throw my hand back and hit him (probably harder than necessary) so I could get his attention. When my hand made contact, it was obvious that he was annoyed. But, he realized that he didn't really have time to be pissed considering the situation that we were in.

"What, Reagan?!"

"Put me down!"

"No!" He had stopped momentarily to listen to what I was saying, but after I said that, he rolled his eyes and quickened his pace. We were so close to the entrance, and he was trying his best to avoid the falling debris from the ceiling. "Be serious right now. I don't have time for games."

Ignoring him, I managed to wiggle enough to get down against his will. "Fine."

"If you don't want me to carry you, that's fine. But, we are getting out of here. We have to go."

It took me a minute to realize that we were at the exit with Zayn and Avery making it out a few seconds later. As soon as they came through the doors, Zayn sat Avery down on the ground to nurse a burn on her arm. It didn't look too bad from my angle, but from Avery's screams, it was hard to tell.

"Baby, calm down!"

Probably not the best thing to tell someone who had just potentially been on fire.

"Reagan, come here away from the building!"

Louis brought me back to reality when he tugged my arm in the opposite direction that I wanted to go. Now back to the real issue. "Louis, I am going back in there."

"Like hell. Reagan, over my dead body, which will happen if we go back in there."

"I wasn't asking you to come with, babe. But, I'm not staying here."

"Are you insane?!" Now, he was pissed. "Reagan, do you realize how lucky we are to have made it out of there? We didn't even get burned or crushed by anything falling surprisingly. We're staying here."

"No, I'm not. Do you not realize that only us made it back?" I pointed to Zayn and Avery. "There's no Liam, no Ember. My sister isn't here and neither is your brother! Even that whore Kai fell behind. How could you be okay with just leaving them?"
