Day 47

Good Morning, My fellow Kings, and Queens

May you all have a wonderful and blessed day as God guides your steps, renews your mind, and strengthens your spirit on this cloudy Wednesday. As every day is another chance to grow closer to God and pick up your cross as shown in Matthew 16:24-26, "Then Jesus said to his disciples, "If anyone wants to follow after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life because of me will find it. For what will it benefit someone if he gains the whole world yet loses his life?"

Now at first, this may be hard considering it is easier to do right than wrong, however, it is better to live by the spirit than by the flesh. As our flesh will only lead us down a road of destruction and eventually death, but while it may seem impossible, we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.

So do not feel discouraged or as if you will never overcome this sin, for God sees you and he would not have allowed you to go through such a struggle, if he did not already you know you would come out on top.

Also, in simple terms picking up your cross means not swerving off course, referring to the fact that when you repent for your sins and stop indulging in a particular sin (fornication). Which can be early on or a bit into your walk with God, there will come a time when the enemy tests you.

Now no one is perfect, and at this point, some may fall while others will rise, but do not feel as if God does not love you or that you are unworthy of God's love and blessings due to backsliding. For sometimes we must fail a bit before we eventually succeed, "Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him." (James 1:12)

So, stay positive, read the word daily, pray without ceasing, and have faith in the one who can do miracles for things will turn around and your situation will get better, In Jesus' Name Amen! ✌️❤️
