Day 78

Good Morning, My Fellow Kings, and Queens

May you all have a wonderful and blessed Sunday as God guides your steps, renews your mind, and strengthens your spirit! Now as we enter a new week, do not allow your thoughts to ruin the foundation you have built, what I mean by this is to keep your mind on the Lord.

Which has sadly been a struggle for me these past few days if I am being honest, however, while daunting and nerve-racking at times to deal with. God already warned us that this would happen and made a way out for us as noted in 1 Corinthians 10:13, "No temptation has seized you that isn't common for people. But God is faithful. He won't allow you to be tempted beyond your abilities. Instead, with the temptation, God will also supply a way out so that you will be able to endure it."

So, for anyone suffering through spiritual warfare lean not on your own strength but God's, for you will always fail if God is not in the mix. Also, I would advise if you have not been reading your bible to start reading it, for his word and his promises are our greatest weapon and reassurance in these dark times, as war is waged for the minds of the masses.

Now at times, you may not want to read your bible which is understandable since we can all feel like that, but if you do not start now when will you? So, I would encourage you to start small like a chapter a day before progressively reading more but at your own pace, and if that does not work try listening to an audio version of the bible.

Whatever best works for you; for any time spent with God is not time wasted and you will soon begin to realize that the bible is not just a love letter but a key to how to live life.

Overall, what I am trying to say is to spend more time with God and seek after him with an open heart for the more time you spend in his word and start implementing his word in your life, it is as if the old you fades away. As old beliefs and worldly desires are gradually uprooted and replaced with more holistic ones.

"Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So, we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal." (2 Corinthians 4:16-18)

So, to end it off, stay positive, develop the habit of reading your bible daily, and depart from everything and anything that could lead to you falling back into your old sinful lifestyle. Oh, and read Ephesians 6:18-20 for we serve a Lord who not only died for us but lived a life like our own and was tempted by the same things as us. So, when you think no one understands you or gets what you are feeling know that God does, so go to him when you cannot be vulnerable to anyone else due to the fear of being judged and shamed.

And I will see you all next time, God Bless! ✌️❤️

PS - I linked a video at the bottom that adds more to today's topic, which I think would be of immense help so do watch it when you get a chance!
