May's POV

She wakes up slowly and slides out the bed. Some reason, she feels a little better. Better enough to actually get out the bed. As she stands up, she realizes what happened last night.

May: KENDRICK? (Puts panties, a bra, and the same night gown on)...

She makes her way to the front room to find Kendrick laying on her sofa.

May: Get the hell up~!

Kendrick: (Rubs eyes) Why are you fucking yelling?

May: Who told you to come in my house last night! Who told you it's ok to bathe someone without their permission? Who told you that you could sleep here?

Kendrick: Calm down.

May: Calm down? You... (sighs) I'm a little embarrased at the fact that you saw my body, ok. No one has seen me like that since.. (sighs again) Thank you.

Kendrick: (Confused) ... So you're not mad?

May: (Rubs forehead) A little, but why should I be? You cleaned my house and you helped me. It would be stupid of me to go off on you when you were just being a good friend. I just wish it have to happen like that.

Kendrick: (Sits next to her) ... Why were you like that?

May: I don't know if I'm ready to tell you, but when I am you would be the first to know.

Kendrick: Understandable. (Holds her hand)... If you don't mind me telling you.. (Puts on a straight face).. You have a SMOOOOOOOOOOOOKING BODY.

May: (Snatches her hand away and punches him on the shoulder) SHUT UP! (Bursts into laughter)...

Kendrick: (Laughs) That's the laugh that I missed..

May: (Looks away)...

Kendrick: I'm not going to push it out of you, but I'm not leaving you until you feel better.

May: You don't have too. Whitney wouldn't want you here with me.

Kendrick: I told her I was going to be out of town for a little while, and she's cool with it.

May: I don't like that fact that you're lying to her. That means that you're not supposed to be here with me. You should go.

Kendrick: I just don't want the drama May.

May: That's exactly why you should leave. 

Kendrick: I be damned...

May: NO, I be damned if I let you get in trouble with your fiance over me. You might not understand why she doesn't want you here but I do. If she was at some dude's house bathing him and talking about not leaving him how would you feel.

Kendrick: ...

May: Exactly.. I'll be fine Kendrick. (Sings) If God got us then we gon be alright. (Smiles)...

Kendrick: (Tries to smile) .. If it was Q , Ab or Jay she wouldn't care. Why does it mean so much that you're a girl...?

May: You don't need to understand why.. You just need to know that it does bother her.. And if you're going to be a good husband.. You need to go home. (Walks to the door and opens it)... Bye Kenny, I mean Kendrick.

Kendrick: ... (Walks out and turns toward her) Call me if you need me, seriously.

May: Will do.
