Alright, now I can give some interesting facts about 'Violet Rose'.

Chapter 1 was supposed to be Chapter 26 of 'Cobalt Rose', but, as stated above, the stories were spilt into separate entries.

Kneecaps is an actual Sonic character who appeared in the Archie Comics.

I thought it would be fun to have my own version of Sonic meeting his parents. The lore in this story is a mix of the game lore and Archie lore that I haven't even pieced together for myself.

Sarah wasn't a completely new character seeing as how I had used her twice before. The first time she was used was in a scrapped high school story me and friend in high school came up with. She was originally created to be Amy's younger sister. I lost interest in the story, eventually wanted to make another high school story, brought her back and made her a love interest of Scourge, then lost interest again, scrapped that story, and she was lost for a while. When the time came to come up with Sonic and Amy's first child, I remembered Sarah and came up with the idea of bringing her back not to be Amy's sister, but her daughter, as well as changing her design slightly. While in her earlier renditions, Sarah was red in color, but she was changed to a light purple, while in her actual physical appearance, she strongly resembles Amy. My girlfriend has expressed a desire to draw her. Chapter 8 is where Sonic and Amy think of baby names until they both agree on Sarah. The names listed are the suggestions me and my friend came up with until we decided on Sarah. It was her that came up with Sarah. And, yes, I'm aware those are Pokémon names.

The beginning of Chapter 9 has Amy staying with Vanilla for the latter half of her pregnancy. This was taken from "Consequences" (Which can be read here: https://www.fanfiction.net/s/10725806/1/Consequences) where Amy did the exact same thing.

Tails being out of breath is even a reference from a SonAze story on DeviantArt called "My SonAze Story" (Which can be read here: https://www.deviantart.com/sonazeforever200/art/My-Sonaze-story-chapter-1-308705620) The reference comes in Chapter 2 if I'm not mistaken, but it's not Tails who's out of breath in that story, it's Sonic.

Robert Rose was a name I've had for a while, but how I remember him is that I just think of the name of the football stadium at Mississippi State, which is 'Davis Wade Stadium'. Don't ask how or why because I don't even know where to begin to explain that.

Chapters 15-17 are based off of the very first fanfiction I ever read. The fanfiction was called "Amy Rose Kidnapped" and Chapter 15 is pretty much a near identical retelling of the first half of the story with the only differences being Cream included and Amy attacking her kidnapper. Unfortunately, the story appears to no longer be up on FanFiction.Net, making it lost media, so this can act as some sort of memory of that story. The story actually had three parts to it where in part one, which is what was done for this story, is where Amy is kidnapped by a mysterious hedgehog, brought to a shack in the woods, and eventually saved by Sonic. Part 2 is where Amy fakes her own kidnapping just to get Sonic's attention, which actually works. Part 3 is where Amy is kidnapped by Eggman, and, to nobody's surprise, Sonic saves her. Beginning with Chapter 16, things begin to differ from the source material (Amy Rose Kidnapped) as Silver finds Sonic in Leaf Storm. In the source material, the only characters to appear in the story are Amy, Sonic, and the mysterious hedgehog. Silver, Cream, and Robert just so happened to appear. As to why Cream isn't seen when Sonic gets back home, it was an error on my part, so the official explanation is because she was trying to get Sarah to go to bed upstairs. The hedgehog who kidnaps Amy does not actually have a name in the source material, as he is just known as the green and purple hedgehog. Glare is just a name I came up with. The hedgehog does actually kiss Amy, but one part that was left out from the source material is a scene where he slaps Amy down, making her cry, pleading for Sonic to save her. She's never placed in a closet because not long after that scene, Sonic does bust in and rescue her. Chapter 17 is all new to this and was never in the original source material.

I had no clue what a Rehearsal Dinner even was until I read 'From Friends To Parents: A Hedgehog's Wish'. The scene where Sonic is outside waiting for his friends to arrive to also based off the same concept in that story, but there he's waiting for his groomsmen.

At the time, the wedding chapter was the longest chapter I had ever written. It has since been surpassed multiple times, but I was damn proud of it and I still am to this day. The reason Eggman attended the wedding was because of the amount of respect he has for Sonic, as which he stated when he arrived at the Rehearsal Dinner in the previous chapter. Also, I can never see a world where Sonic would ever pick anyone other than Tails to be his Best Man.
