New Team Organization

"Alrighty-huhhhh, let's get going with this fun little project." Burnin sighed before turning away from the whiteboard and facing what remained of U.A's fighting group gathered in the Janitors' dorm. "Sooooo, this is what we have to work with. Whole buncha girls, not as many guys as I'd like to have that we can spread out. Great."

"Wow, so these are all the numbers we have to work with from now on?" Uraraka asked while looking around at the surprisingly smaller group than she expected. Then again, smaller than anybody expected, seeing as how there were now only a mere 16 fighters present. "I thought we would have been a little larger than this not gonna lie. Kinda scary now that I think about it with only 16 people."

"I think it's more so gonna be tough for the dudes not gonna lie." Kendo stated. "There's only six of them, seven if we're including Kuroiro but he's at Outpost Zeta for the time being. And there's a chance even he might be sent to Ketsubutsu once he's done over there. With the amount of guys getting cut like they did, the ones we have might have to start getting extra reps in."

"Might isn't in the discussion." Miruko butted in. "They WILL, have to get extra reps in. Sorry boys but depending on how the team formations turn out by the end you all might end up seeing more action than what you're used to, unfortunately that's just how it is. And that doesn't just go for the guys that goes for EVERYBODY. There's only 16 of us now like Uraraka said, meaning we're all going to be seeing what's outside of these walls a lot more often than usual. Deal with it, we're all in the same boat there's nothing we could do but to ride the waves, and work for the best. Ryukyu?"

"Before we go about sorting our roster into the new teams are there any comments anybody feels like we should know about first before commencing?" Ryukyu asked. "Things we may need to keep in mind while forming our units."

"I got something." Ashido chimed. "I don't know if the new teams are going to be task oriented like they were before like Pathfinding Scavenging and Cleaning, but no matter what I still think whichever team has Kodai on it should have the most numbers."

"Seconded." Mt. Lady agreed. "Kodai's our top Scavenger out there, protecting her while she uses her Quirk should always be a big priority."

"Is that something everybody can agree on?" The group of fighters all looked around and nodded in agreement, Ryukyu nodding herself and turning to the white board. "Excellent, so Kodai's team will remain the largest as it was previously."

"Ummmmm, wait a minute." Hado said. "If we're gonna keep Kodai's priority to that of a Scavenger then, doesn't that mean her team will remain strictly to Scavenger operations? Is that something we really wanna do with our shorter numbers?"

"That's what I was going to point out too." Burnin added. "There's only 16 of us, and as much as I hate piling a bunch of work on everybody's shoulders even I can't shy away from the fact that we might all have to start getting involved in doing a little bit of everything. If Kodai's team is going to be the biggest which I don't have a problem with, and we have that team focus on Scavenging operations, that means the other teams will have to pick up pace in the other duties. And as much help as Kodai is with her Quirk, even a deployment of her team won't be enough to sustain our supplies. I think it might be best if we convert our task oriented units into all rounders."

"For what? We have the numbers to keep the teams oriented to specific tasks why bother changing shit?" Miruko asked. "Think about it, there's 16 people that we can play around with. If Kodai's team is going to the biggest we can make it six team members in total, that leaves ten. Two people are more than enough for Pathfinding which leaves eight, and you can divide those eight into two equal teams of four for Cleaning why change anything else? We really plan on sending Kodai into a hot zone and potentially lose her?"
