Felt ran in all directions non-stop looking for the owner. Speaking of the owner, it was a half-elf who closely resembled the witch of envy: Satella. However, she wore a white dress and had no veil while her behavior remained far too infantile to be a witch. Unfortunately her simple appearance made her the most hated person in the kingdom and even the world. Accompanied by Puck, the current fire spirit, but in his true form being rather the beast of the end, who treated Emilia as his own daughter, she searched for the thief and her badge but had found nothing until that they both crossed paths:
- Here it is !
- Finally I found you! And... sorry for taking your badge. I didn't know it was political. Oh and I'm Felt.
- You shouldn't have to begin with, but what made you give it back to me?
- Hey, I was stealing to survive! Finally, it was my big bro who informed me and told me to surrender you. But enough talking! Please help him! He fights a kind of assassin named Elsa.
- Young girl, Lia has something other than defending your brother who is-
- Listen to me carefully, the flying cat! It's thanks to him that big sis got his badge otherwise I would have sold to this woman. Now he's holding her back so she doesn't kill us all!
- Ouch! Let go of me ! Help, Lia!
- Felt, what is your brother's name?
- Viu. He said his name was Kooda Viu Irufurito Asucalupu. On the other hand, don't call him Kooda or Asucalupu, okay? He doesn't like it.
- I see.
- Phew! If what this kid did to us-
- Hey!
- If what Felt here is true, we should ask the guards for help to save him.
- Too long ! He faces the Bowel Hunter there! He... I know it's my fault if you had to look for your badge and because of me, big bro is going to die trying to save us from this assassin.
She began to cry, Emilia's gaze softening upon hearing Felt's story, her violet eyes reflecting a mixture of worry and determination. Puck moved closer, hovering near Emilia's shoulder, his expression tinged with a mixture of annoyance and worry.
“I told you we should have left that thief alone,” he muttered, narrowing his eyes.
(I hope Viu beats you up one day.)
Emilia turned to Felt, a serious expression on her face.
- Your brother faces the Bowel Hunter? Just him?
- Yes. He is alone.
Emilia's worry deepened, her gaze fixed on Felt's.
- It's not good. Going against the Bowel Hunter alone is extremely dangerous.
Puck let out a mocking laugh, his tails flicking irritably.
- Dangerous doesn't even cover the subject. This woman is a threat. Your brother is in serious danger, kid!
- In that case, shall we go? I know the way.
While Felt, Emilia and Puck had gone to lend a hand to Viu, he had a very fortuitous encounter which turned out to be life-saving. Now in a tavern, the young man was thinking, be the protective eye of the man with red hair and blue eyes in his immaculate outfit.
- Oh! You just saved my life. I was really done.
- What are you doing on the back of this animal?
