He said yes to Meili and now puts himself against him in return. Speaking of the latter, the latter already put himself in front of Viu. Indeed his gospel had warned him of his arrival. The two antagonists faced each other.

- Here we are. You won't be able to possess me. I'm bound to a spirit.

Petelgeuse, his face contorted in a menacing grin, stared directly at Viu, his eyes wide and crazed. His gospel had warned him of Viu's arrival, and he was ready for the confrontation.

- Ah, so you are bound to a spirit, are you? Petelgeuse replied, his voice dripping with a mix of excitement and derision. Clever, but it won't save you from my grasp.

- And I confirm that you felt the death of your ten fingers. Nevertheless, you remain dangerous.

Petelgeuse sneered, his eyes narrowing slightly as he regarded Viu.

- Indeed, I have sensed the death of my fingers, he admitted, his tone laced with an undertone of annoyance. But it does not matter. I still possess formidable power, and you will not stand in my way.

He steps back before a quote appears around them: "At the heart of this sphere, the authorities do not function."

Petelgeuse's expression faltered for a moment as the quote appeared around them, encircling the area. The words "At the heart of this sphere, the authorities do not function" echoed in the air, creating a visible ripple that spread outward.

Petelgeuse, taken aback, took a step back, his eyes widening in surprise and frustration.

- What is this...? he gasped, realizing the impact of the quote.

- This is a quote via my writing. But no need to know it because I intend to destroy you because you are too dangerous, evil spirit of the earth.

Petelgeuse's eyes flashed with an intense mixture of anger and fear as he listened to Viu's words. The realization that the quote had disabled his Authorities struck him hard, leaving him vulnerable in this domain.

- You... you dare! he thundered, his voice shaking with rage. I am the Archbishop of Sloth, the harbinger of the Witch's will. You cannot destroy me !

- Also important thing: this situation works if each of the individuals has authority.

He took out a spear in front of his opponent.

- Wil, a man of faith.

Petelgeuse's eyes widened as Viu spoke, his expression betraying a hint of uncertainty. His powers were indeed based on the Authorities granted by the Witch, and the disabling of these Authorities placed him at a significant disadvantage.

Seeing Viu take out a spear, he hissed in displeasure, his grip on his unseen Unseen Hand tightening.

- A man of faith, you say? Petelgeuse sneered, his voice filled with contempt. What can your faith do against the power of the Witch ?

Viu's precise strike found its mark, and the Archbishops head was swiftly decapitated, a spray of dark purple blood scattering through the air. Petelgeuse's body stumbled and fell lifelessly to the ground, his unseen Unseen Hands now rendered useless in the disabled sphere.

As Viu wrote the word "Purification and Destruction" in the air, a powerful, radiant energy enveloped Petelgeuse's remains, the words glowing with potent magic. The energy pulsed intensely, consuming the body and soul of Petelgeuse, eradicating it from existence.

- Meili, Petergeuse is dead.

Meili, who had been lingering nearby, overheard Viu's message. She sighed in relief upon hearing the news, her body relaxing slightly.

- Petelgeuse is gone, Father? she asked, though it was more of a confirmation than a question.

- Yes. I cremated him.

Meili nodded, a sense of relief washing over her as she digested the news.

- Good, she replied. He won't be bothering anyone else now that he's gone for good.

Viu, struck by a sudden wave of immense pain, realized that he had just gained a new authority, an authority that had left him crippled and unable to continue.

Luckily, his army and the Mabeasts intervened, carrying him back to Meili. Despite the new power he had acquired, the intensity of the pain and the incapacitation rendered him unable to act further.

Priscilla, her gaze sweeping over the Mabeasts with disdain, paused as she took in the sight of Viu, unconscious and in pain, cradled in Meili's arms. Al's explanation reached her ears, informing her that Viu had taken on Petelgeuse alone.

Priscilla, her expression unreadable, observed the scene intently, clearly contemplating her next move.

As Priscilla's eyes scrutinized Viu, Al's words echoed in her mind. The revelation that Viu had taken on Petelgeuse alone stirred a mix of curiosity and surprise within her. She approached Viu and Meili, her steps deliberate and measured.

Priscilla, her gaze fixed on the unconscious Viu, broke the silence.

- He fought Petelgeuse alone, did he? she inquired, her voice laced with skepticism and a touch of mockery.

At Priscilla's question, Meili nodded slowly, her protective stance holding Viu firmly against her. Her eyes, though tired, showed determination to defend Viu in his current vulnerable state.

Priscilla, sensing Meili's protective stance, couldn't help but roll her eyes. The sight of Meili, a mere child in her eyes, attempting to guard the unconscious Viu, amused her. However, a pang of curiosity stirred within her as she studied Viu's unconscious form.

Priscilla's sharp eyes dissected the ongoing internal struggle within Viu, her gaze flickering between the first authority, which she recognized as Petelgeuse's, and the second, which left Al visibly shaken.

Priscilla, her interest piqued, glanced at Al, who was clearly taken aback by the second authority. Though Al remained silent and thoughtful, his eyes betrayed a mixture of recognition and contemplation.

Al's lack of speech and his downcast gaze did not escape Priscilla's watchful eye. She observed his reaction closely, intrigued by the evident connection he seemed to have with the second authority now present in Viu.

Priscilla, her curiosity heightened, took a step closer, her eyes locked on Al's face, silently prompting him to speak, to reveal the significance of his knowledge.
