1 - The Anastasia camp participated in the defeat of Sloth via Julius and of Hakugei via the White Fang.

3 - The Felt camp with Reinhard officially routed the Sin Archbishop, the strongest in the witch cult. Although Reinhard did not agree with this statement.

4 - The Emilia camp via Viu was the strategic leader.  Indeed, he had sent his militia to kill the henchmen of the Witch cult and Meili his daughter who led the operation on the ground killed the ten fingers, protected the Roswaal domain. Iluso and Reali also killed Sloth. Viu had also killed Lye and helped make the Hakugei disappear. Rem had also participated in the hunt against this creature from Even the Militia.

Speaking of her and the district, he transformed it into a city both geographically and in terms of importance. So, the news for this large city now neighboring the captain bearing the name of Irufurity: Irufurito + City.  The reason why this happened was because the number of inhabitants had increased. Moreover, the young man's recent exploits forced him to do so, otherwise he would have had to move with his inhabitants to a larger land. Now being the leader of the city, he was able to set up the council of 3 composed of Iluso, Reali, and Allen who was the leader of the council as well as Viu's second.

Emilia, listening intently, felt a weight lifting from her shoulders. The knowledge that the alliance had worked, that they had vanquished the Witch Cult's sins, was a beacon of hope in the midst of so much turmoil. 
Then, her jaw almost dropped as the news about the transformation and renaming of the former districts into Irufurity City reached her ears. Her eyes widened, her lips forming into a small 'oh'.

This news was unexpected, yet it spoke volumes about Viu's growing influence and leadership. As she processed the information, a mix of admiration and curiosity filled her. 

- He... he did all this?  she murmured softly, her eyes darting towards the city's name before she looked back at Puck, a hint of amazement in her gaze.

Puck, noticing the shock and awe in Emilia's eyes, couldn't help but chime in with a comment.

- Wow, he said, his voice slightly teasing. Looks like our friend Viu has been busy, huh? City leader, council of 3, the whole shebang.

Emilia shot a playful glare at Puck before giving him a light swat.

- Be serious, she chided, though a small smile tugged at the corners of her lips. This is... it's remarkable, what he's accomplished in such a short amount of time.

Speaking of it, Viu presented the contract to the Wise Wen while telling them:

- That way we forget that you tried to kill me. And let's just say that this case against the witch cult is timely.

The Wise Wen, a collective of elders holding a great wealth of knowledge, listened attentively as Viu presented his contract. His words, spoken with a calm yet firm tone, hung in the air, leaving no doubt about the weight behind his actions.

- You suggest that we forget the past and move forward together, united against the threat of the Witch Cult, one of the elders mused, their voice carrying a hint of skepticism.

- I'm in charge of a city now. Consider this the payment for building a city in a few hours. After all, by turning a blind eye to it, I am also closing the links on your attempted murder against me because I told the truth.
