We were now a week into the camp, i had started getting along with some of the girls. I was trying to involve myself more in activities outside of training because I didn't want to spend this camp alone.

Me, less, Tooney and Millie were playing partners in the games room. We have been doing this for the past few nights after training and I've really enjoyed it.

I was fully engrossed in the game that I didn't notice a group of girls enter the games room and when I finally looked up from the game in front of me I was met by a pair of icy eyes staring back at me. I felt my cheeks burning and when Leah noticed she gave me a small smirk before turning to Keira and continuing their conversation. She knew the hold she had over me. I think anyone could see it. I wasn't the best at hiding it.

A few hours had passed and all of us headed up to our rooms. Me and Leah walking next to each other. Our room was the last in the hall so no one witnessed the way our hands grazed, as they swung by our sides. Even the smallest touch between us made my body heat up.

She knew what she was doing. she was teasing me. I hated it but at the same time I didn't want her to stop. I craved the butterflies that erupted when she touched me

I got into bed after my shower, trying to focus on the book I was reading but it was no use, my mind kept wandering to the blonde who was in the shower only meters away.

When I heard the bathroom door open I tried to keep my eyes fixed on the words in front of me but instead they trailed up her body. Her abs on show as she only had a sports bra and shorts on. My eyes traced every line on her perfect body. They way her wet hair cascaded down her back like it was strategically placed there. When my eyes eventually found hers, she had a smirk plastered on her face as she reached for a t shirt, before pulling it over her head and sadly obstructing my view of her toned stomach.

I quickly averted my gaze back to my book, trying to hide the blush that spread to my cheeks when I was caught starting

"Like what you see?" Leah asked, her tone playful as she climbed into her bed.

"It's not the worst thing I've seen" i reply my tone matching hers, causing her to let out a quiet laugh

"You're not too bad to look at either" she said, a smirk pulling at her lips while she turned on her side to face my bed

I put my book down, following her actions. We were facing each other now, only a table separating us.

"That's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me" I gasped, dramatically clutching my heart causing a louder laugh to escape her mouth.

I loved her laugh. The sound automatically caused a smile to creep onto my face.

"Good night y/n" she said before tiring her lamp off still smiling at my previous joke

"Goodnight le" I said, not noticing how I let her nickname slip off my tongue so easily. I hoped she hadn't heard me but I had a feeling she did.

I woke up, the sun peeking through the curtains and casting a warm glow over the room. I checked the time on my phone realizing it was only 6am. Breakfast started at 8 so I had some time to kill.

Peering over to the bed next to me, leah was still asleep not surprisingly. I was and always had been an early riser. I got out of bed throwing a jumper on over my shorts. I brushed my teeth before putting on my sliders and grabbing my AirPods on the way out.

I went for a walk around the training ground, hoping the fresh air would help clear my mind. For the last week my thoughts have been completely consumed by a certain blonde and it was getting exhausting. I don't think I've had a single thought that hadn't included her since I arrived here.

By the time I made my way back to the door of the hotel, my mind felt somewhat empty again. But all of my work was undone when I got a text from the person I had spent the last 30 minutes trying to remove from my head

Captain 🫡

Where are you?

Me

On my way back to the room

I replied to her message as I stepped into the elevator. I got to our door, soon realizing had forgotten to bring a key card with me. I knocked and waited a few minutes. The door flew open revealing a worried looking Leah

"You can't just disappear like that, i was so worried" she said frantically. I was confused, I had just gone for a walk

"I just went for a walk, le " I say laughing slightly at her overreaction

She just sighed, pulling me into a hug. I had no complaints. Hugging leah was my favorite thing to do.

She pulled back slightly until our faces were in line. Her hands went to either side of my face

"Don't scare me like that again" she said quietly, her eyes staring into mine and her breath lightly tickling my skin

"I won't " I said barley above a whisper. All I could focus on was her lips being so close to mine. Before I could stop myself my hand went to her waist, pulling her closer until our lips met. The kiss was soft at first and I pulled away after a few seconds uncertain on what Leah's reaction would be. She calmed all of my nerves by smashing her lips onto mine again, this time with much more force and passion

" you don't know how long I wanted to do this for" I let out between kisses

"Stop talking" Leah breathed out as she pulled me down onto the bed

Her hands slid down my back, causing goosebumps to raise on my skin. She pulled away to catch her breath, my head instantly dropping to pepper small kisses on her neck, leaving a few marks as I got lower, her letting out small moans while her fingers tangled themselves in my hair.

The sound of a notification coming through, caused me to raise my head to look at it.

"Shit, leah. We're late to breakfast" I said jumping up and pulling her with me. Breakfast had started 15 minutes ago and if it wasn't for Alessia reminding me, I would've never made it down.

In the rush, me and Leah had completely forgot about the little marks that trailed down her neck. Me only noticing once they got slightly darker.

"Leah you're neck" I tried to discreetly whisper into her ear from my seat beside her at the table

Her hand immediately flew up to her neck and her face turned a deep shade of red. She was just in a t shirt so it was going to be hard to hide. Figuring it would be the only way to get her out of some awkward questions I took of my hoodie and handed it to her. She shot me a grateful smile before pulling it over her head.

We got a few odd looks from the girls on the table but I chose to ignore them.

We had to be more careful if we wanted to continue whatever had gone on earlier without being noticed.
