Chapter Fourteen- Wifey status

i love my man, he's just so perfect.
i think to myself as I'm walking back to our apartment. Take my keys out and unlock the door.

"Babe" i call out, but i hear the water running i go into our room and see the bathroom door open to Juan showering, the water was going down his abs and he looked a little too fine.

is it hot in here or just me.

I walk into the bathroom "hey mami" he says not even bothering I'm in here i take my clothes off and get in the shower with him "hi" i say when he's looking me up and down biting his lip.

he kisses my neck nibbling a bit and stops he looks at me and smirks "what?" i say rolling my eyes he winks "Juan i have to work!" i say backing up from him "no!, it's okay your married to a baseball player they won't care." juan says quickly.

"ooh babe, that's crazy" D says laughing "is it bad" i ask him covering it with my hand "well you have the privilege to be married to the player so it's okay" he says "privilege my ass i miss my man when he's away" i say sulking.

D laughs at me and i see my man walking into the media headquarters"hola mami" Juan says hugging me "it's the fact you have never been here" i say smiling "show me around" he whispers in my ear.

i smirk,
"so anyways Juan baby why are you here" D says rolling his eyes "hey.. my man back off" i say hugging him tighter Juan chuckles "oh yeah baby we can tell by what's on ur neck" he says "someone's feeling sassy" i say laughing.

"wait yeah baby why are you here" i say looking up "because i needed to see you before the game" he says smiling "yea well you going to have to get out of there if our boss comes" D says under his breath.

"where is Devinity, i said i needed her what is she doing" my boss yells walking in "dev baby i need a favour can you interview soto he has a re-" my boss says and he looks up "oh uh hi" he says choking on his words "what do you need sorry" i ask him "umm- uh i need.. can- you- interview- him" he says "yeah no problem" i say winking.

"so Juan soto how does it feel- cut" "stop looking at me like that" i say "it's so hard because your just so beautiful" he says "give me 5 minutes to do my job and then we can.. you know" i wink "yes mam" he says immediately.

"Juan soto how does it feel to be one of the youngest players in the league but accomplish more then some veterans can imagine" "you know i'm just doing what i do" Juan says laughing making reference to my first interview with him.

"mami i jus- i mean Devinity i- uh" he says and just laughs and i roll my eyes "okay I'm done with you" i say walking away.
