Chatper Twenty -months in

it's been a good 5 months since i found out i was pregnant, it was now playoffs and the yankees are heavily favoured this year.

if they beat the astros then they go to the world series final against the dodgers, char and George are staying with us for the world series due to the Blue jays getting knocked out by Seattle in the first round.

it's game 1 and top of the order I'm on the field and taking pictures of Volpe who is leading off the inning, i look up from my camera and i see Juan looking at me.

"what" i mouth he winks.
volpe hits a single to start us off and now juan is up to bat (ball 1, strike 1, ball 2, strike 2, ball 3, and boom a missile off the bat right up the middle for a double scoring volpe.
aaron judge at bat another double scoring juan.

the game is tied and it's the top of the 9th bases loaded for juan and he hits a bases clearing triple to bring the score to 9-7.
bottom of the 9th 2 outs and top of the line runner on second and the score is 9-8 the yankees need the out.

line drive off the bat Astros fans are going crazy thinking it's going to land but no Juan diving catch to end the game the yankees win game one.

after the game i'm in the back looking for Juan i go into the clubhouse and grab his hand pulling him to a side room.

looking around before closing the door i kiss him "great game" i say smiling and i kiss him again "gracias" he says hugging me he bends down and kisses my stomach, the baby thinks it was a good game too given all the pushing on my bladder, I'm not showing yet and I'm happy i don't wanna get fat..

I walk into the hotel room closet wearing a black body jumper suit and a soto jersey and i turn to my side to grab something but look up at myself "what the-" i say dropping my purse and turning to the side.
"no, No!" i say "what, what, what" Juan says running in "I'm fat" i say crying. He laughs at me in relief "come here" he says taking a breath and hugging me arms around my neck.

"the yankees are doing so good" char says to me i brought char on the field with me, they know her from being springers wife so they don't mind she's good company and George is doing something i don't know but he couldn't come.

we get up out of the press box and decide to go down to the actual field to shoot some content with Cabrera who is on the IL.
"Cabrera are you expected to be off the IL soon?" i ask "yes, i am very exited ill be back for next series" he says smiling "oh yeah" i say "the people wanted to know and the people got it, see you" i said "thank you mrs soto" he says smiling i laugh and cut the camera.

"thank you Gen" i say "anything for mrs soto and baby soto" he says hugging me and then putting his hand on my stomach "uncle Cabby i love it" i say laughing "have fun for rest of the game" i say laughing i get up.

"holy shit, shit" char says staring "oh my god your showing" she says about to cry "oh yeah i seen this morning and started to cry Juan had to come in a fuck me to get me to stop" i say laughing at the memory.

"wow who knew he had it in him" she says looking at him as he warms up "never mind look at him of course he does" she adds laughing.

bottom of the 9th
i look over and see him he was already looking at me before his at bat he winked at me walking up to the plate to empire state of mind at the bottom of the 9th.

"vamos bebé" i say watching pulling my phone out to record him "it's kind of funny how a social media manager is pulling out her phone to record her man" char says laughing "i love my man" i say.

and boom Juan hits a home run to win the series a walk off homer he flips the bat and runs the bases when he touches home plate he runs through the dugout and hops the little wall between the dugout and us "for the baby" he says kissing my stomach and i look up seeing us on the jumbotron and i see the camera following us i just laugh.

"come" he says he helps that over the little wall and then he comes and picks me up "it's the way i'm pregnant and can still hold me, it's kind of hot" i say my legs wrapped around his waste and arms around his neck.  He won't let me down he walks the whole way to the clubhouse and then some.

"oh yeah the extra 10 pounds added to the 120 that you weigh" he laughs "and your still sexy" i say kissing him extra long.
"okay, okay we get it" aaron says "OOH" the boys say in unison "shut it all of you" i say laughing "mrs soto and mr soto you have been together for so long but still in the honeymoon faze" char says laughing "well where is your man" i say.

this is really bad cuz it's an old chapter but idk what to write so...

and why do our games keep getting delayed... and Juan should hit a homer for me tomorrow yk.
