Chapter Thirty four -Toronto nights

it was an off day in toronto and of course i decided to tag along with the baby.

tomorrows game i will be accompanied by ms Charlise springer and the next game my cousin and her boyfriend are coming out so i have company all series long.

The last game i believe my dad is coming with me throw backs to when i was a little girl.

anyways onto todays mission..
since it's Juan's off day we dumped the baby off at my moms and decided to attend a toronto blue jays home game against the dodgers.

First time in a long time Juan has attended a game as a fan and not a player but we're going to support Vladdy and the rest of the guys.

"Ready mami" Juan calls out as he grabs the keys to my mom's car she let us borrow for the day "yea let's go" i respond taking the keys.

He's acting like he knows where he's going..

after a 15 minute car ride we make it to the parking spot.

we parked by st lawrence market to avoids traffic on the way back from the stadium "do we really have to walk all this" Juan whines as we start our walk downtown.

"are you really complaining?" i look back "aren't you supposed to be an athlete" i add laughing and holding his hand as we walk to the stadium.

Juan bought us premium tickets in section 3 row 1 so we are literally behind home plate. Way to not get noticed..

after our little walk around downtown we finally make it to the stadium we go in through gate 8 and check our tickets in as the ticket man looks frazzled juan soto is standing in front of him right now.

i hear my phone ding.

no well be there after the game tho.

"These seats are amazing" i say "i know right we can heckle them and they can hear us" juan laughs jokingly.

The jays start playing and so far no one has noticed us George up to bat in the bottom of the 3rd and he catches us.

"Hey the sotos are here" he laughs as he's timing "Yea man we came to heckle you in the stands" Juan says still laughing "good luck G" i say as he walks up to the plate.

"wait until LA has otani back i can not wait to face him as a yankee" juan says like a little kid imagining the moment "yea i bet my money on him" i laugh. "oh yeah?" he says giving a daring look "I'm just kidding" i laugh kissing his hand.

"Soto can you sign my jersey" kids yell above us juan laughs.

"Hungry baby, do you want to go for a walk" he says "yes" i smile as we get up from our seats going to the kids who are hovering the wall.

"OH. MY. GOD" the kid says when juan signs his jersey "so do you want to be a baseball player when you're older" juan smiles while signing more balls "i want to be you when I'm older" he responds "oh come on you can be 10x better then me!" juan responds and the kid smiles.

"thank you so much soto, Mrs soto" he smiles. what a cutie.

"This is one of the reasons i play" he says "for the kids" "Well i'm so thankful you gave me my own little spawn of you" i smile.

"Okay this is your home diamond what is there to eat." he says holding my hand as we walk around the roger's centre getting looks from everyone.

"Chicken tenders and iced tea" i smile skipping "you're so cute" he laughs as we go in line.

When we get back to our seats i am stuffing my face with chicken tenders and i am on my 5th cup of ice tea.
leah's bitch ass decided to record me and juan to put it on the jumbotron. Leah is my baby, she is the blue jays media girl and we were interning together when we were kids. She picked this exact moment to show Juan was here enjoying the game.

The crowd cheers and laughs as i drop my chicken tenders and pretend i was eating nothing and i start laughing.

"Torontos very own Mrs Devenity Soto" was on the board "And her baseball husband Juan soto" i laugh at the board kissing his cheek "Wow" he mouths at the screen and it goes into the top of 5.

the jays ended up winning 6-1 best game Vladdy went 3-4 with two doubles and a walk. Juan was making fun of him when on deck for all that running.

"Ready baby" Juan says as we gather our stuff after the game and go down to see vladdy and the guys.

we walk in the doors and see all the guys dancing listening to music i laugh walking up to vladdy and George.
"KLK" Vladdys says hugging me and juan "Klok" juan laughs dancing with them jokingly.

my man is too much.
And i smile watching him in total awe.

We get back to the hotel on the way to our room we see Volpe sneaking a girl in. Juan and i look at each other and make a run for it laughing on the way to our room.

"my oh my" i say out of breath as i close the door quickly. I turn around to see Juan staring at me with hungry eyes, the kind he gave when he wanted something bad and he wanted me.

Right then, right there.

okay guys we're backkk did you miss me cuz i missed you.

so i'm out of that lil writing slump where nothing i wrote was good. Like this is really bad too but this one chapter took me so long to finish so i'm leaving it as is for now.

My english is getting so good to the point someone was shocked when i started speaking Spanish it's scary I'm turning into a white woman.

Like bitch i have an accent what did you expect 😭.
