Chapter Nineteen - Baby soto

It's Yankees day again and today i am watching the game with my best friend Charlise springer, Juan bought us a box at roger's center so i feel very very happy.

we pull up to the airport to leave with the guys, The yankees made this away Stan a family trip.

We're going to LA to play the dodgers the first series and then we're going to play The jays, which i am exited for.

Char is joining me in LA tho due to the fact that George is away too and why not.

we all board the plane and the yankees media team emails me to get some content  "Okay question of the day boys, the yankees are on my ass as of right now to get this so i'm sorry and Yeah judge i'm looking at you because you have something to do with this from what i was told"

And because aaron is the captain he goes to the meetings so when i my boss went Aaron said that "Oh we should do more plane content for the people" and the yankees loved it so now I'm stuck here doing work when i don't have to be doing work.

"And because of this Mr judge you will be picking the question" I say as the boys groan "at least make it baseball related judge" Dugz says.

"let's do Biggest animal you will fight" Judge says "your call" i respond pulling out my camera and recording first i ask is Dugz "like a lion or something" and the guys start dying laughing "you guys all suck" Dugz says side eyeing them.

next up is Aaron "like a cat" he says "so duggie says a lion and your 6'7 ass says a cat" G says laughing.

"Like a bear" G says "i think i have a good shot with a bear" he adds to be honest i believe it.

And last but not least "Biggest animal? what you talking about i ain't fighting nobody i'll fight an ant" and juan makes a flicking motion i laugh and the guys are dying.

Juan wouldn't hurt a fly, my man is too sweet but i've seen him get mad he's scary when he's mad.

"Okay i'm done" i laugh putting my camera down and kissing Juan "you're too cute" i laugh.

"okay boys plane took off its FIFA time, Judge you want in" G says "Nah man" Judge says this must be new because every flight i have taken with them it's always been Mario cart.

"FIFA? this is new i was ready to whoop some Judge ass in Mario cart" "well you missed last away Stan so yeah new" Gleyber says.

Gleyber picks up a mic and starts narrating in spanish going up and down the aisles "why aren't you playing" Juan asks judgy "i gotta learn the man man i can have them kick my ass" he smirks.

Thank god i speak spanish because Torres is like a machine how fast he's speaking, but some guys don't so they look so confused just laughing.

we land after a couple hours and i see Charlise who's meeting me at the airport i run and jump on her she catches me.

"bitch i missed you" she says, it's been so long since i seen her like literally just after me and Juan's honeymoon and that was like 5 months ago.

we go to the hotel "Juan babe i love you but i'm staying with my girl tonight so don't even bother moving my bags."
Juan doesn't even bother trying to say something.

it's game time and for the first time in so long i'm just watching the game to watch and root, not working even when I'm not working I'm working.
But i feel sick, like i'm going to throw up.

"girl are you ok" Char asks me "yea why" i say just shaking away the feeling "you look sick, like pale" she says again.
"well no I'm fi-" and just as I'm saying I'm okay of course i throw up, i run to the bathroom and throw up in the box toilet.

Char comes after me holding my hair "Just like i said" she says patting my back.

After the game we go out to the field to see Juan and the rest.

"What's wrong mami" He says rubbing my back "nothing i'm just feeling sick" i say "bitch please that was more then sick trust me i was the one holding your hair" char says laughing "Maybe it's better if you sleep in our room" Juan says putting his arm around my shoulder and walking us out of the stadium.

back at the hotel
"Char i'm staying with Juan, i'm not feeling good, i just need my man" i say "oh girl it's okay, i was going to call George later and show him what he's missing" she laughs "that's evil" i laugh "okay i'll see you tomorrow" i say as Juan grabs my bags from the room taking it to ours.

"alright let's take a shower and go to bed" He says "i love when you take care of me" i smile and hug him.

after the shower we get ready for bed, I'm not feeling cold or anything which is weird because when I'm sick i'm usually freezing but i put on a hoodie and some sweatpants for bed tonight.

I wake up and run to the bathroom jumping on Juan waking him up to get there quick.

i make it to the toilet and throw up. Juan comes over turns on the light and pats my back "it's okay mami" he says wiping my mouth "maybe it's something i ate?" i say sitting on the floor "you'll be okay" he smiles.

Series over, the yankees took it with 2 wins and a loss and now we head to toronto.
I still can't shake this feeling, but it's gotten worse.

we're on the plane right now it's late and most of the guys are sleeping, i'm sleeping Juan's sleeping too But again.

I wake up quick and run to the plane bathroom Juan behind me.
"Let it out mi amore" he says holding my hair back for me.
"Fuck" i say starting to get mad this is happening.

We land in toronto and decide it's best to stay with George and Charlise.
we get there at night and of course i throw up again "Dev baby are you pregnant" Charlie says as she holds my hair now "oh shit" i say sitting back "why did that not cross my mind" i put my hands in my hair and my head in my lap.

"i have a test if you want to take it" She says "Can you get Juan for me" i almost start to cry.

no i'm not. if i keep telling myself that I'm not i won't be right? i can't be.

Char comes back with Juan.

"mami what's wrong" i hear juan walks in the bathroom, he bends down and strokes my hair "I think I'm pregnant" I say taking the test char is handing me. "oh fuck" he says shocked not expecting that.

"i just don't know yet" i say
"okay I'm taking it now" i say quick.

5 minutes later
'positive' "oh fuck" i say looking down "mami look at me" juan says "i'll leave you guys too it" char says going back to bed.

Juan takes me back to the room and lies me down he crawls on top of me stopping at my stomach, "hola bébe soto, i'm your papi and i'm going to teach you how to play baseball and get the hottest girls, like i got your mami" "Juan!?" i say hitting his shoulder.

juan laughs "see mami it will be okay, ive been waiting for baby soto"
