All the leaves have fallen from the trees now, and the sky is plunged in darkness no later than 5pm. Winter break is right around the corner, and the students have the ability to go back to their homes for two weeks. Truly, one of the happiest times of the year.

Chase stands alone, waiting for his friends, in the gym training arena. Most weapons and objects for obstacle courses have been neatly tucked away for the deep clean of winter to come. He's brought some things of his own today, old toy cars, basic school supplies and bullets. Before his friends get here he practices levitating and moving all the small objects at once.

He's now mastered the ability to move multiple objects without breaking a sweat. As he focuses on the power surging through his muscles and his veins, he feels his finger tips moving each and every single object. When he closes his eyes he feels like he's being washed away by the ocean waves, a calm and serenity like sensation. His controlled breathing becomes background noise as each little objects dances in a circle around him.

"Stop showing off," Ethan's voice booms from behind him, causing Chase to turn around and let the small objects down to the ground.

Bree and Izabel follow lazily behind him. Izabel has already gotten into vacation mode and her expensive leather leggings and cozy sweater resemble just that. The students in their class still have to take written exams and right when her pencil hit her desk she ran out of the class immediately beginning to pack her never ending bags.

On the other hand, Bree feels kind of nervous leaving the academy. With all the new information she's learned in the past nearly 4 months, her world isn't the same anymore. She's never had a winter break - or least one that she remembers - and her entire time at the agency was go-mode, breaks are almost a foreign concept to her. But she's at least glad she's going home with Chase, and he promised her that he'd still help her train when she was up to it.

"Today is the day where I obliterate something into thin air," Chase says proudly to his friends.

Izabel lets out a deep, exaggerated sigh before plopping herself down to the floor. "It better be. Show that Sebastian dude he was wrong and we can get this over with." Since Chase's disclosure with Bree, they both decided to let Izabel in on everything - so now they're all up to speed with the information. Izabel was definitely pissed off that she was the last one to hear about it, so she's been giving shit to all of them in her petty, but innocent way. Deep down she knows Chase though, and understands that sharing this with all of them - not just her - was an insanely hard thing for him to do. In all their years of friendship, he's never really included anyone in things he felt like he needed help with.

Bree can't help but giggle at her friend on the floor. To the regular eye Izabel could easily be mixed up for a famous model or influencer, her lazy demeanor represents nothing of who she actually is. Izabel's incredibly strong, probably one of the strongest there is. Her abilities are purely god like - to heal and create light, and the way she fights and wields weapons resembles a true warrior. But on the outside, she's just a sparkly once in a life time type of girl that any guy would kill to have.

Izabel sees Bree laughing and contributes to it before pulling her hand to sit down next to her. "I think we deserve a little break. Let's just watch Chase perform and get on with Christmas shopping."

"Oh God," Ethan turns on his heel to face the two girls. "Last year I was opening gifts for a week straight."

Now Izabel bursts out laughing. "You say that like it's a bad thing. Any boyfriend would love to get spoiled by his girlfriend."

"I still haven't had a chance to wear half the clothes you bought me, Iz," he teases. "You make me look bad when I just show up with a just regular amount of gifts."
