Kaedehara 'Kujou Killer' Kazuha

Blood Brother...Blood, brother..

Kazuha watched the interaction between the brothers from afar, he was not pleased. His senses were heightened, his pupils tiny and shrunken. He had heard the blue haired man approaching, it didn't seem that the man was even trying to hide himself, almost as if he purposefully gave Kazuha a warning to escape and thats exactly what Kazuha had done. 

He cursed himself, he had never had to run like this before, his previous crimes had always gone flawlessly, executed with cold, perfect precision. This had threw him off, something hadn't felt right.

 Kazuha ran a finger over the remaining getaway devices, they resonated with anemo energy. He had stolen them from a fatui camp and they had proven their  worth by teleporting him away from the brothers, far enough to not be spotted, close enough to continue to watch and listen.

His scowl faded back into his usual deranged smile. A little challenge never hurt anyone! He, Kaedehara Kazuha had never shied away from a challenge. 

He thought back to when he had first had a taste for blood. He hadn't meant it, it had been an accident, he had read too many murder mystery light novels. His friends had joked about his "addiction" to them, he ran to the shops to be the first to get new novels and then he'd sit in a corner, nose buried in the book, eyes frantically sweeping over the pages as his friends laughed and joked close by. They would look over at him in amusement, betting each other on who could distract him, they never succeeded. 

One novel in particular fascinated him. He would read it repeatedly, ignoring the quizzical looks his friends cast him. 

------- DISCLAIMER: For those who like to imagine characters in their head, there are two new OC's that aren't in the genshin universe, Sasuke and Yaku are from my own imagination for a better plot but for anyone who likes to imagine the story in their head I took some Inspo from one of my fave anime's Haikyuu! Sasuke has the looks of  Ryunosuke Tanaka and Yaku has the looks of Morisuke Yaku! just wanted to let you guys know  :)--------

"The Kannazuka Cannibal" his friend sounded out the title of the book Kazuha was currently buried in. The white haired man finally looked up, a questioning expression on his face. His friend folded his arms. "Haven't you read this one before Kaedehara? Don't you get bored?" Kazuha shrugged, he attempted to go back to his book but he felt someone press down on his head. 

It was Tomo, Kazuha's best friend, brother even, who was currently using Kazuha as a leaning post. Grinning, he spoke over a disgruntled Kazuha's head. "Come on Sasuke, you know our Kazu, stick him in a white room with nothing for days and all he'll do is meditate" 

Sasuke chuckled at this while Kazuha simply rolled his eyes. "I suppose you're right, whats so interesting about the book Kaedehara? what is it about?" .  Sasuke insisted on calling Kazuha by his family name, claiming it "sounded better".  

"Just another murderer, he eats his victims so the shogunate cant trace them back to him"

Sasuke pulled a face at this. "Creepy" he remarked before turning and attempting to put Tomo, who was now trying to lick an indignant Kazuha's ear, into a headlock. Kazuha smoothed his page down and watched in amusement as his two friends wrestled. At least thats distracted them, he could go back to his novel now.

Kazuha read that novel again and again, he found it so fascinating, could someone really get away with it? eating the evidence. He supposed he would never know. He never planned to kill anyone. He wasn't a monster...
