Kura and I were teleported into Fraxinus before Kotori stared at us.
Kotori: There you two are. The Spacequake just occurred.
I stared at the screen before pocketing my hands and kept on staring at the Spirit with curiosity.
Kotori: It's not very big this time.
Kannazuki: I'd like to say that we got lucky this time, but the Hermit has always been like this.
Darren: The Hermit?
Kotori: That's the name of this spirit. Records state that she has a quiet, docile nature.
The screen focused more on the Spirit which made Kura and my eyes widen as we recognised her from before.
Darren: Kura.
Kurayami: Yeah, we know her.
Kotori's eyes suddenly widened as she stared at us.
Kotori: What did you say?!
Darren: We met her after school at a shrine the day before yesterday.
Kannazuki: No spiritual disturbances were detected during that time.
Kotori: Then it's the same as in Tohka's case, huh?
Mikimoto: The AST is on the move. They are commencing fire.
I stared at the screen which showed the AST firing bullets towards the girl before she dodged all the bullets that rushed towards her.
Kurayami: All that for a little girl?
Kotori: The target's appearance doesn't matter to the AST.
Darren: But that girl is just trying to run away, is she not?
Kotori: As long as she's a spirit, they'll show no mercy.
Kura and I just stared at the screen while Kura glared at the AST who was trying to attack the girl.
Darren: Hey, Kotori, I think this guy and I have reached a conclusion.
Kotori: What's your conclusion?
Darren/Kurayami: To save that girl, obviously.
I started grinning alongside Kurayami before standing alongside him.
