I stared at the screen that Kotori showed me and Shiori. The screen showed the black-haired girl before she started to talk again.

Kotori: These things are called spirits, which we just lost. In other words, she disappeared. And this is-

Shiori: W-Wait a second!

Kotori: What now? You and Darren are already making a commander give you all a personal explanation. You should be shedding tears for such an honour. For now, I'll give you the privilege of licking my feet.

Yuji just chuckled at this before slapping my back while Kurayami appeared from a room.

Darren: Kurayami.

Shiori stopped me from moving any further and held my hand.

Shiori: He's an ally.

Darren: Shi-Chan...

She bowed down to Kurayami before sighing.

Shiori: I'm sorry for my brother starting a fight with you.

Kurayami: I'll be fine. It's him I'm more worried about, sorry for gut-punching you.

Darren: I'm fine.

Kotori pointed at Yuji and Kurayami before sighing.

Kotori: This man here is Yuji Itadori, one of the final Jujutsu Sorcerers left remaining and the man next to him is Kurayami Geto. He's a sorcerer as well, they'll help us with spirits. Kurayami was keeping an eye on you during the spacequake and saved Shiori before that energy blast hit her.

I shook Kurayami's hand before looking away due to embarrassment.

Darren: Thank you, for saving Shi-Chan.

Kurayami: You call your big sister Shi-Chan?

Darren: It's a habit.

I slowly looked at Kotori in shock.

Darren: Y-You really are Kotori, right?

Kotori: What's this? Have you forgotten the face of your own sister, Darren? I thought you had an awful memory, but never this bad. Maybe I should already look for a retirement home for you.

Shiori: I think Kotori, what he means is by where the hell are we and what are you doing here? And also-

I grinned at Shiori before pointing a finger at her.

I placed a hand on my mouth before silently thinking and having flashbacks of the girl.
