Visera sat with Heleana in her and Aegons twins chambers, watching as Jaehaera, Daeleyes and Lorean all played together. She had been avoiding Aemond since he came back with the news of Luke's death. She had not known why he had been so reckless, she had thought he was past it. She knew war would follow with his actions, she knew how Rhaenyra feels and the revenge she would want.

The two sisters had talked of betrothing, Heleana and Aegon's eldest son and Visera's Eldest daughter in the future. It was just an idea, they had not ran it by their husbands. Heleana had loved the idea, she had not wanted to marry her children to people when she did not know their true intentions. Like their father did Visera.

They both raise their head at the echoes of footsteps, Aegon and Aemond emerge from around the corner. Visera sighed and look back down at her embroidery. She had hated ignoring her husband, it honestly felt like every fiber in her body  pulled to be by him.

Aegon walked past them and to the children, but not before greeting them." Visera lovely to see you." It was during the loss of Kylara that she had seen Aegon last, or that she remembers. "Wife." He greets Heleana.

He bends down and looks between the two sliver hair children. " Where is Jaehaerys?" It had amazed Visera how much her twin had changed, if he had not he wouldn't have cared to find his son or even know the difference between his children.

" attending his lessons." Heleana said while not looking up.

Visera could feel Aemond's eye watching her, it left shivers down her spine. She had no idea what was going through his mind, but she had hoped her ignoring him would bring some sense to him.

Aegon dryly chuckled. " and those are where?" Visera shook her head. Aemond slowly came and sat beside his wife, Visera looked up at him and rolled her eyes, moving away from him. He sighed " Rose please don't avoid me." His words made her heart churn but she continued with her embroidery, without saying a word.

"Brother, we shall go." Aegon said as he left, Aemond nodded, kissing Visera head and followed him. As they were about to turn the corner, Heleana looked up.

" I'm afraid."

Visera looked up at her, her brows knit together. "you shouldn't be Leana, Aemond is patrolling on Vhagar, they will not attack." Aemonds eye widen as he had told her that when he thought she was asleep.

Heleana shook her head. " Not the dragons, the rats." She looked to Visera with a look she couldn't decipher.

Visera and Daeleyes had decided to stay with Heleana and the twins for the night, the Queen had said it wasn't necessary but Visera insisted. Her words earlier worried the Princess. There was one thing she knew for certain, what Helena says it eventually come true. It seemed Visera was the only one to notice.

They were putting the children to bed, Jaehaerys in one and the girls in the other. Visera sat on the edge of the small frame next to Daeleyes. " See you on the morrow, sweet girls." She placed a kiss on their forehead as they giggle.

The two girls had reminded them of themselves when they were young, before Aemond came along they were inseparable. Always sharing a bed, giggling while running through the halls. Visera missed time such as those. When they were happy, care and worry free.

As the children fell into sleep Visera and Heleana spoke of those old times. Well, Visera did Heleana only spoke a couple odd words.

" Heleana, rats, what did you mean? I could go fetch a rat catcher." As if on cue a man walks in. Both girls turn towards the man, who smirks at them. His eyes then turn towards the children and his smirk widens.

Heleana stands but the man grabs her with a knife to her throat, Visera gasps and stands. "Move and I slit her throat." The man threatens as he pierced Helena's neck with the knife making blood trickle down.

" what do you want?"

"Quiet!" The man whisper yells. Visera heart sank she knew what was to happen, they wanted the children or Aegons heir. Footsteps sound from the hall, Visera prayed in was Aemond. For the first time in weeks she wished to see her husband, for him to save them.

The man holding Heleana started to laugh as an unrecognizable man walked through the door. "Who the fuck are they?" This makes the man laugh harder.

" The queen, and Prince Aemonds wife." The bigger man rolled his eyes.

" 'A son for a son' he said." The smaller man smirked and pointed at the children. Every hair on Visera's body stood up, her blood chilled. " no" she whispered.

The bigger man's looked at Visera. " What do you mean no?" The smaller man shoved Heleana to the ground, his knife still at her throat. " Give me Aemond's child or my friend here will know what it's like to fuck a queen."

Visera gulped as her hands trembled, she looked between her daughter and her sister. How was she meant to chose? Heleana looked up at her, her eyes pleading. Visera let out a sob, the smaller man let Heleana get up. " you, give up Aemond's child." She shook her head, they both knew what was about to happen.

He let her go but kept his knife pointed at her, Visera grabbed her hand holding it tight. " We have jewelry, they're of great value." The bigger man stripped them of all of it, including the sapphire ring Aemond had gave Visera on her first wedding night.

They both whimper, and the men laugh. " A son for a son." He said, they both said silent. The bigger man then took Visera and slapped her, the stinging sensation made her grimace.

Heleana shook her head and pointed at Jaehaerys, Visera looked at Daeleyes who started to stir, she sat up and Visera began to shake her head. She wanted to scream, fight, beg her daughter not to move but it would only draw attention to her. A single tear fell from the Princess eye, Heleana had given up her son to save Daeleyes.

The bigger man went to Jaehaerys, his knife outstretched but Daeleyes jumped out of her bed infront of the man and before Visera could react the man slit her throat. The red hair girls legs weakened from underneath her, she couldn't move, scream or do anything she just sat there and watched at the blood drained from her neck.

Meanwhile the two men cut the boys head from the bone. Heleana had escaped the room with her daughter.

Visera sobbed against the floor, the familiar feeling arose in her heart. She felt the cold, wet stickiness on her hands, her daughter's blood, Jaehaerys blood. It was a nightmare, she thought, it couldn't be real. She looked up at the men, at their grinning faces, the bigger one holding the head of her nephew, Jaehaerys. Her precious, beautiful girl laid on the ground surrounded by her own blood. Her silver hair now painted red. Visera couldn't move, she couldn't breathe. Her heart felt like it was being crushed beneath a mountain of pain.
