"Oh, come on! I thought we were having fun!"

A 27-year-old Mira Rohan taunted as she followed the trail of blood which was leading down the corridors of Charles Xavier's School for the Gifted. They had originally thought that all Mutants would side with them given how much hate they received from the people of this planet, but alas only Max and his followers had sided with the Renterian empire.

While it was disappointing, with just half of the planet's Mutants, and the Asgardians siding with them following the arranged marriage between her and Loki which had formed the treaty, it didn't matter that only half of the Mutants were against them. Their armies were far beyond even the most powerful mutant on Earth.

It had only taken a few moments for The Scarlet Witch to entrap Jean Gray in the mirror dimension before The Phoenix force could even make an appearance.

"Moon you should be careful." Wanda Maximoff pipped up from beside her, eyeing the Renterian's swollen stomach with concern "You are six months pregnant; you should be resting. We can handle this."

The trio of Maximoff siblings had been taken in by Marcus Rohan following their mother
's death and their father being locked up in the R.A.F.T, hence why the four were also fiercely protective of each other. They saw each other as blood, protected each other as such and given Mira had been barely three when Marcus took the Maximoff kids under his care they had all felt responsible for her.

Mira was the baby after all.

Since she had become pregnant Wanda, Petrio and Lorna had all become even more protective which was saying a lot.

"I am fine." Mira lied.

The truth was she wanted to collapse onto the floor and sleep for an eternity but with her adopted siblings as well as her husband watching, she couldn't admit the real reason she was fighting so hard to be here.

"You are carrying the very first Asgardian and Renterian child." Max Eisenhardt piped up from Mira's left as he used his powers to force to metal grate in front of them out of the way so they could continue to follow the trail of blood "You should be resting."

Mira rolled her eyes as grey sparked through her fingers shattering every glass window in the house, ever since her father had passed away Magento had felt the need to take her under his wing. Mira could only assume it was because her dad had raised his children while he had been trapped in a plastic prison so he felt indebted to take over the father role she had now lost.

Marcus Rohan had looked out for his children so Magneto felt like he had to look out for the daughter of the man who had been that father figure for his kids.

"I'm fine." Mira hissed again as she approached Cerebro eyes quickly landing on where Clarice Ferguson, AKA: Blink, was drenched in her own blood; hand desperately trying to hold in her intestines so they didn't fall out of the hole Pietro had left in her stomach when he punched right through her flesh at superspeed.
