You need to help me right now, please. Mere room mai jakar usko bahar nikalo. Agar usko kuch ho gaya toh mai apne aap ko kabhi maaf nahi kar paunga," he said. Handing her his digital keys, Aly went to the stage to address everyone.
Meanwhile, Karishma drank a glass of water and decided to move out of the room. But as soon as she reached the door, she realized it wasn't opening, so she tried to rattle the doorknob frantically a million times.
"Arre, hum toh iss kamre mein lock ho gaye hain. Ab hum bahar kaise jayenge?" Thinking this, Karishma took a few steps back, frightened by the fact that her horror would overwhelm her.
She was locked in a strange hotel room and unable to escape anytime soon.Meanwhile, Mr. Syed welcomed Aly on stage and introduced him to the Home Minister, sharing stories of his courage during the night camp in the deadly forest. Aly smiled, and the minister seemed very impressed.
Then it was Aly's turn to give a speech. He delivered a concise and motivational speech, and in return, everyone gave him a standing ovation, including the minister, who gave him countless blessings. Aly felt like the luckiest man on earth hearing all these compliments from his superiors.
Back in the hotel room, Karishma's breathing grew rapid and shallow as the walls seemed to close in around her. She tried to distract herself by saying, "Hum Maddam sir ko phone karte hain..."
But as soon as she opened her phone, its battery was dead. In sheer dismay, Karishma angrily threw her phone on the floor.
"Arre, kaam ke time iska battery khatam ho jata hai. Ab hum kya karein?" Her fear started overpowering her.
The small, enclosed space felt suffocating, and a wave of panic surged through her. Her chest tightened, and she struggled to draw in a full breath.
Her eyes darted frantically around the room and then to the ceiling, seeking an escape from the oppressive confinement.
Beads of sweat formed on her forehead, and her hands trembled uncontrollably. The room, once a place of rest, had become a prison, amplifying her sense of entrapment and fear.
Karishma started shouting for help, leaning her head against the door.
"Help... "
" Aly... "
"Maddam sir"
... H..."
Until she fainted. On the other hand, Aly completed his speech and walked down from the stage. His brain felt content after hearing so many compliments, but internally, he couldn't feel happiness.
He felt like something was missing, something wasn't right, but he had no answer for it. While descending the stairs, his eyes scanned the audience, searching for Karishma, but he couldn't find her.
"By now, Karishma should have been here," he thought. He quickly took a second glance at the whole auditorium, but his findings remained the same.
"Aisa toh nahi ki Karishma abhi tak room se bahar hi nahi aai," thinking this, he immediately rushed out of the auditorium, giving his wild thoughts the benefit of the doubt.
But while running, his mind said,
"Aly, Ira jitni bhi idiot kyu na ho, but vo kisi aur insan ke sath kuch galat nahi karegi. Tumne usko bataya tha na that Karishma is claustrophobic. She would have taken it as an emergency."Thinking about this, he stopped in the middle—ab kya kare...
But his heart said, "Ek baar dekh lo, at least dil ko tasalli ho jaegi," and this time Aly listened to his heart and continued to move towards his room.
