We all sat at the dining table. Mitsuki and Masaru chatted as Ba- Katsuki and I ate in silence.
"Aizawa, how's the curry?it's not too hot, is it? Katsuki likes all the spice." Mitsuki turned her attention to me.
"Oh, the curry is delicious. I love spicy foods. And, you can call me Izumi. You don't have to call me Aizawa." I bowed my head. She smiled at me.
"Of course. I wouldn't want to make Katsuki's friend uncomfortable." Mitsuki said. Masaru smiled at me as well.
"Have you had the really spicy ramen from the restaurant across the grocery store?" Katsuki asked, turning toward me.
"No, I haven't. Is it good?" I asked. He nodded.
Throughout dinner, Mitsuki and Masaru asked me questions, and Katsuki started yelling. Masaru apologized to me as Mitsuki and Katsuki yelled at each other.
After war- I mean, dinner was over, I helped clean the dishes with Katsuki.
"I don't need any help." Katsuki grumbled, handing me a plate to dry.
"I don't care. I want to help." I said, putting the plates in a stack.
Once all the plates and utensils and other kitchenware were dry, we put them away. I stood on the tips of my toes to put the plates away. Why are the cabinets so damn tall!?
I felt a presence behind me take the plates from my hands. I could feel his body behind mine. I could feel his breath on my neck. I could hear his heartbeat in my ears. I began to hear my own as my face began to grow hot.
Once the plates were set, he backed away. I put my hands on my red face to cool it down. This was not cool.
He left the kitchen, and I followed behind him. We stepped into the living room, and his parents stopped talking and directed their attention toward us.
"Katsuki, why don't you walk Izumi home." Mitsuki stopped Katsuki from walking up the stairs.
"Why the hell would I do that!? She has legs." Katauki grumbled, turning to face his mother.
"Stop being a spoiled brat and walk your friend home!" Mitsuki yelled at her son.
"She is not my friend!" Katsuki yelled back. I put my hands over my ears, everything was so loud.
Mitsuki smacked him on the back of his head, making me wince. Masaru broke up the fight.
Katsuki grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the house, "show me where the fuck you live."
"You don't have to walk me home." I said, feeling a little guilty.
"Nah, it's whatever. Just let me walk you back." He said. I nodded.
I led the way to my house, Bakugo sticking to my side the entire time. It was... sweet?
"Well, this is goodbye." I said as we stopped at the door to my apartment.
"Bye, hearing aid." He started to walk away. HEARING AID!?
"What the fuck did you just call me!?" I yelled out to him.
"You heard me!" He yelled back, disappearing around the corner. God, he pisses me off
I walked into the apartment and flopped onto the couch. Human interaction is so exhausting.
I got up and took a shower and then fell on my bed, falling asleep immediately.
The next few days were the same old same old. I went to school with Maho. Hung out with the Bakusquad- I joined them, apparently. Do school work. Go home. Do homework. Eat? Sleep.
Today was different than the other days. There were reporters gathered outside of U.A., interviewing random students.
I tried to push past then quickly because they were loud but failed miserably. I tugged and pushed around like a rag doll. I don't want to die yet! I'm still a virgin!
I warm hand grabbed mine and pulled me out of the crowd and into their chest.
"Come on dumbass. Don't let these reporters get the best of you." Bakugo said.
"Thanks..." I mumbled, stepping back so my face wasn't in his chest.
He dragged me all the way to the classroom, not letting go of my hand.
"Izumi!" Mina called out to me. She rushed over to me, pulling me away from Bakugo.
"That crowd is crazy." Denki said as Mina pulled me over to the group. Kirishima nodded.
"Yeah, Bakugo helped me out of there." I said, sitting down at my desk. Mina and Denki shared a look.
"What?" I side eyed them. Why were they acting so weird?
"Class. Settle down." Mr. Aizawa strolled into the classroom. Everyone sat down immediately.
"Today, you guys need to vote for a class president who will represent your class." He explained.
"Yay! Regular school stuff!" Everyone cheered. I sighed. This is so stupid.
"You guys can decide, however, just don't wake me up." Mr. Aizawa said before zipping up his sleeping bag.
"I think we should all vote. Whoever wants to run for class president, please write your name on the board." Ida stood up and walked over to the board.
Everyone agreed and began writing their names on the board. I stayed in my seat, thinking over the choices. Yayarozu seems like she would be a good class president.
After voting was over, Ida counted out the votes. He made tally marks under the names of different people.
"Nobody voted for me...?" He pointed out the obvious.
"Why didn't you vote for yourself?" Denki asked.
"Wait... did all of you vote for yourselves!?" Ida asked in disbelief. Everyone stayed silent.
"The class president is Midoriya, with three votes, and the vice president is Yayarozu with two votes..." Ida announces.
Mr. Aizawa wakes up as the bell rings, "All right. Class dismissed."
Bro finally. I'm so ready to go home...
