The next day, we were all woken up very early and walked outside at 5:30 am. I wish I had gotten more sleep.

"Good morning, class." My father greeted. Fuck you.

"Today, we begin a training camp that will increase your strength. Our goal is to increase your skills exponentially so that each of you earns a provisional license." He explained, "This will allow you to face the dangers that continue to fester in the darkness. Proceed carefully."

"Look alive, Bakugo." Mr. Aizawa tossed a baseball to Bakugo. He caught it easily.

"Try throwing that for me." Mr. Aizawa said.

"Yeah, sure. Like in the fitness test." Bakugo stared at the ball in his hand. Geez, that was a while ago.

"That's right. When you first started school, your record was 705.2 meters. Let's see if you've improved." My dad said. Bakugo stepped away from the class and into the bare field.

"Oh, I get it! We're checking our progress." Mina spoke up.

"A lot happened to us the last three months. Maybe he can throw it a whole mile now!" Sero said.

"C'mon, get it, Bakugo!" Kirishima cheered.

"I've got thus. No one blink." Bakugo shouted, "Got to hell!" He threw the ball, beating it with his quirk.

"That was 709.6 meters." My dad spoke up. I held in my laugh.

"That's it? Kinda disappointing." Sero mumbled.

"You've had a single semester at UA, and due to your various experiences, all of you have definitely improved. But those improvements have mostly been limited to mental prowess and technical skill. With a slight increase in stamina  thrown in along the way." Mr. Aizawa said.

"Your quirks really haven't grown that much stronger. Not on a fundamental level. That's why we're now going to focus on improving your powers." Mr. Aizawa smirked, "This'll be so hard, you'll feel like you're dying. Let's hope you all survive." Shit.

Everyone split up into individual training procedures. My dad put a pair of headphones on my head and played a bunch of different noises all at the same volume. I winced at the loudness of everything.

I had to focus on one particular sound and write down what was happening. After I was done with one, I had to focus on another. It was hard to focus because I could hear my classmates yell in the background. There had to be about 30 different sounds beside my classmates.

By the end of the day, I was only able to focus on fourteen different sounds. They were all different videos of different things. One was a waterfall. Another was a recording of a sleeping person.

After training, we all headed to the baths and bathed. I sighed and wiped away the sweat from today. I was really exhausted and hungry. After changing into some comfortable clothes we got to work on dinner.

I helped the others cook. The food didn't turn out the best but it was food. Everyone scarfed down the food. I couldn't help but do the same. I finished my second bowl when someone slid another bowl of curry. I glanced up and saw Bakugo. He didn't say anything and ate his food. I smiled and at the curry in front of Mr.

After dinner, we all headed back to our dorms. I passed out immediately when my head hit my pillow. I don't ever want to wake up again.

The next day was even worse than yesterday. My dad told me I needed to push myself harder than ever. Halfway through the day, I finished focusing on all of the sounds. I wanted to take a break, but my dad wouldn't let me. He made me find people who were far away. I had to find all of my classmates and all the students in class 1B.

When dinner time cane around, everyone got to work on dinner. Bakugo kicked me off the cooking team, so I ended up making drinks. I also found ingredients for the others. I didn't find that I was much help to the others. Kota gave me a flower, though. I ended up putting it in a cup of water and placed it on one of the tables.

After dinner, we all played a game of courage. Everyone got randomly assigned. Mina and the others weren't allowed to play the game of courage because they had Remedial class with my dad. I felt bad, Mina was really excited. I ended up getting paired with Midoriya.

After a while, Pixie-bob noticed smoke in the sky and pointed it out. We all looked to the skies. Suddenly, she got carried over to a villain and got knocked out. The other adults stood in front of the rest of the students, protecting us. What the hell is happening?

"Mandalay..." I spoke up.

"Not now, Izumi." She said. I was worried for her. She's all Kota has left. He would be ruined if she got hurt. Wait.

Where is Kota?
