The hot car and plane rides were simply horrific! Babies crying, moms fussing, dads snoring, captains annoying announcements.

Yeah, I wish we took first class too.

Finally we got to the ship port, and a giant cruise ship towered over me and my family.

“Damn…” whispered Louise and mom knocked him upside the head.

We do that a lot…

I grabbed my bag and started walking, but they didn’t move.

“The ship isn’t magical, it’s not going to get you itself.” I said and kept walking to the ticket hut, they followed soon after.

The man working there was cute, but he kept looking at me like I was a piece of meat. I shivered and turned around.

When it was finished everyone went to go but the ticket guy stopped Louis and I heard him whispering to him, “Hey, is that your sister?”

“Yeah…Why?”

“She’s smokin’”

“Hey kid, Back off.”

Louis pushed him away and walked to me, “I heard everything.” I said smugly.

He just blushed and ran ahead.

We boarded the ship and were walking down the hall when a woman in a black cloak pushed past us harshly.

“Hey!” mom yelled but she ignored us.

I caught a glimpse of her eyes, they were an unnatural  yellow color.

“Huh?” I said, mainly to myself and she glared daggers at me before storming down the hall.

We kept walking and I looked to my side, a blue door with a sign on it caught my attention.

!Danger!   !Caution!

Under Deck. Crew only.

I’ll have to investigate that later…

We set our stuff down in the room we had rented for the trip, the mom suggested that we go eat, then watch the ship take off.

We all filed out of the room and went to the restaurant.

 ------

It’s been a week on this trip and it SUCKS!

Everyone was minding their own business and it was just me on my own.

The intercom sounded and the captain announced that the ship was just entering the Bermuta Triangle.

I shivered and walked out of the room, going down the hall I discovered before.

Then I got to the ‘Door’.

It was unlocked.

I twisted the knob and walked slowly in, and left the door open…just in case.

I looked around for a minute at the boxes of un-named stuff.

Then I heard the door slam closed.

“What the hell?”

I went to go investigate, but almost tripped over a hammer.

Hammer?

I picked it up and continued, peeking over the walls into the halls before I walked down them.

Suddenly the boat shook violently and shouting could be heard on top.

It was still for twenty minutes.

The boat let loose a loud groan, then everything was quiet, till water started pouring in from two holes in the room.

“God…Help me.”

I sprinted to the door and tried the knob, it wouldn’t budge.

Kept trying till I knocked myself in the hip with the hammer and mentally slapped myself.

I took the hammer and broke the knob instantly running out and looking around, everything was a mess.

The floor was covered in clothes and food and signs of a struggle were very apparent.

I took off down the hall to the ballroom, but tripped over something,

A body.

I screamed and kept running, turning down halls and seeing bodies everywhere.

I finally burst through the doors to the ballroom to see at least fifty men and three women going through dead peoples’ pockets and kicking the poor dead souls.

I looked to my right, mom’s horrified face looked at me, blood pooled around her murdered body.

I let out a mournful scream, “Oh my god!”

They finally noticed me and stopped what they were doing, cold.

One of the men with a pirate hat on looked me over a whistled.

Another one of them women noticed that and turned her gun to face me.

“No!” I screamed as she shot the gun, missing me by an inch.

I slammed the doors closed and stuck the almost useless tool in between the handles, taking off down the hall.

I could hear them yelling and slamming against the door and soon the loud sound of it breaking was echoing down the ships empty walkways.

Both of our footsteps echoed down the hall and I tripped, rolling to the floor I looked up and saw them.

They all clouded around me and I got a good look at them.

“Pirates…” I whispered and everything was black.
