(Don’t think that I skipped over the part where Kain was like, “I saw everything.” That chapter was just a filler and I just wanted to show that Kain saw her fail at falling. Ha!)

In this chapter, close to the end is going to be awesome! It’s something I have been DYING to write for a long time…

I had written it before and carefully planned it, so I’m just going to paste it in there. When to see a random * it means that that’s the start of the part! YAY!

The Ship gave a large lurch, it knocked me off my feet and sent me sliding down to the front of the ship.

Australia!

I jumped up as Kain came up from below-deck and winked at my jittery form.

Seeing as it was Around one AM, He was probably laughing at me on the inside. I had been hanging over the side of the ship, half-asleep and half wondering when we’d get there.

He patted my head, “Calm down squirrel, we’re not leaving this ship until light.”

Squirrel?

I let my bottom lip poke out, “Why?!”

He just laughed and began walking back down the stairs that led to the deck.

I followed him and let out a quiet raspberry behind his back, but I guess he heard it because he quickly turned around and grabbed my wrist, swinging me so that my stomach landed painfully on his shoulder.

“Hey! Let me down! Kain!”

He shushed me sharply, “You don’t want to wake up Ros--Maria? Do you?”

He caught himself.

He was going to tell me not to wake up Roseline.

I could care less! Let me wake up the Gardening Tool!

Despite my metal outbursts, I kept myself silent and let him carry me under-deck and to my bunk.

“Whoa…” Maria gasped as we stepped off the ship at port in Sydney.

“You can say that again.” I commented.

“Whoa…”

“It was a joke.” I laughed.

She just shrugged and kept her eyes on the sky were the raised skyscrapers towered over the port, also while trying to gain her ‘land’ legs back.

To tell the truth, it felt sort of weird to be off the ship. Like I didn’t like being on dry land anymore. The sea had become part of me.
