I’m gonna take a second to thank XxSkater2Girl16xX for getting me noticed! THANKS SO MUCH!
I thinking about writing a new Pirate story here! But, HEY! I’ve already got a lot on my plate! I’ve noticed I’ve been dragging along until the end and I’m sorry! But I promise the next chapter after this one will be the start of the last ten or so chapters! Also, I don’t know if I mentioned this, but there will NOT be a sequel! I’m adding another plot line to this one and I’m going to make it longer than I was.
Anyway, Ba-bum Ba-bum Ba-bum bum bum bum bum bum! Sorry, jamming to Piano Tribute Conservatory here…
On with The Poison Rose!
“Australia?” I gasped out loud.
“That’s what it looks like, senorita.” Junkie said, half hanging with his head next to mine. He was slowly nodding, making fun of me.
I turned and grabbed his head, smashing a giant kiss on his cheek and laughing!
“Do you know what this means?!” I screamed out loud, doing another little dance. Making this one shorter as to not make it fateful.
I hadn’t seen Roseline since she pulled Kain under deck and locked everyone out of the lower part of the ship.
Junkie found me and we began talking. He told me that the island he saw was Australia and that we would be there within two days.
“No, senorita…?”
“LAND! Land is what it means!” I called out and ran to some ropes that hung from the mast and began climbing them. I had to get better view!
Not even clothes! I know Kain said that he would get me some in Australia, but he found barrels and barrels of women’s sailing clothes under-under deck from long ago and told me I could have them. I was thrilled!
I balanced slowly and skillfully on the mast, trying Oh so carefully not to fall and break my thin neck.
“Right, Left, Right, Left, Right, Left…” I spoke quickly and quietly to myself.
I finally reached the middle piece of the mast and swiftly latched myself to it. I turned to face the sea and saw Australia bobbing in the distance.
I took a deep breath of the fresh sea air and sighed. Yes, I thought, My previous thoughts are confirmed! I do belong on the sea! And no one’s going to take that from me! Not my Past, Kain, Roseline, or anything that stands in my way!
I smiled and turned around, ready to let myself down and began walking back.
But as I took my first step, a stupid seagull (One of the many that have been flying over our ship for the past hour) swooped past my head and made me slip and plummet to the ground.
Our Ship…?
I quickly latched onto a rope and held on tightly, squeezing my eyes shut. The rope burning my palms as I slowed to a stop.
I opened one eye, and then the other.
My butt was hovering right above the floor, as if I was an inch from pain.
Thank God, I thought as I unlatched my fingers one by one off the rope.
As Soon as I got completely stabilized, I felt breath on the back of my neck.
I slowly turned around and all I saw was someone’s chest.
“I saw everything…”
Dang.
